But they get 50% profit with zero risk if they grow a bit they can self fund any future deals people are allowed to make money and you can educate yourself for free with hundreds of videos on youtube with other guru's giving the specifics as well.

@@Wabu1 I totally understand that but I feel like mentors should mentor or coaches should coach rather than try to extrapolate every dollar they can from you from getting deals. You're using your marketing dollars and they are risking little and get to look at a lot of deals in the most advantageous ones they will take advantage of and make money on it and they had zero out of pocket costs other than the acquisition. I would like to be on the other side of the coin.

@@Wabu1 also think of it this way they have 10 people bringing them deals with zero marketing costs. They get to pick creme de la creme of the deals they like, and they do the disposition part which they're pretty locked in. So they are multiplying their efforts tenfold by using the students to market and get the deals. I've noticed in the land space it's been the just marketed business opportunity and all podcasts are cross promoting education and services.
