@ what do you mean, he’s literally got the exact same throwing motion. And he’s a very similar build and both have elusive speed. Lamar is 6’2” 215lbs. Underwood is 6’4” 208lbs. And he will def put on weight as he gets older. If you watch his tape he also runs a lot like Lamar. I’d like you to explain how he doesn’t remind you of Lamar?? Lamar is the MVP of the NFL rn so I think any QB would wanna be compared to him
@@mrolivarez112 I guess but not really, Josh is a more power runner and wasn’t a natural thrower. And he wasn’t a top prospect only a 3 star JUCO player. Lamar was a 4 star. I think Underwood had the potential be like a Cam Newton build, since I doubt he’s fully grown yet. And Cam was one of the greatest college athletes ever.
I didn’t know Michael Vick was on Michigan wearing #19? lol No in all seriousness this is good to see even though it doesn’t show much, it does show he’s already got chemistry with other players, love how involved Sherrone moore is.
I have the strongest feeling after seeing #2 Davis cheer on OSUs field that he might be our next guy up. Dude was hype like he started. He could vision the glory and had to wait his turn. Now with Bryce coming in its a perfect opportunity. He'll either break or become elite af. If he's starting week 1 it'll be much earned and watch out. Just like Corum, Davis has shown championship DNA since HS. I see it in him and it's such an untangable trait. A trait i believe won us a national championship and 3 peat B1G titles. Iron sharpens iron💪🏽put that work in men
I hope we let Jaydon Davis play a bit of the Bama game. I think it will be between Davis and Keene to start next season. We have Bryce but I think it’s good to let him gain experience first, and then if Keene or Davis struggles then put in Underwood
Back during the satellite camps, I remember footage of Harbaugh demonstrating how to throw on the run. He kept yelling “throw off your *front* foot,” and I think it’s because that’s a more accurate throw. Anyway, I would like new QB coach Chip Lindsey to get *all* of them back to better footwork. I don’t think I saw a single QB throw off the front foot. WTF.
man i owuld hate to lose davis to portal and not ever see him play , he should honestly start next year but missing out on underwood is absolute no no , he didnt start because he red shirted but damn i wish we could see him start atleast one year

No way is it dumb this kid needs as many reps as Humanly possible., Michigan cannot go into next year with the QB position so messed up,, Michigan could of been in the playoffs this year had they had a proper QB.. they lost to Indiana 20-15,, lost to Illinois 21-7 and Had a 17-14 lead going into the 4th against Washington and lost 27-17… We should have won those games the offense could do nothing….Maybe we split one of the Oregon and Texas games,. maybe we still lose both we’ll never know.. But., with what we had left on Defense and Offense minus the QB a 9-3 10-2 year was possible..
He still has Sharon Moore as his head coach. He'll never win more than 8 games a year at UM with that terrible coaching staff. I don't care how many players UM buys, it won't matter unless they get someone else to run the program
Cool to see Alex Orji not quitting before the end of the season!
Wish they would convince him to change positions and stay with the program. Like a tight end or a linebacker
@@colinfletcher7520I feel like he’s going to transfer and then switch positions anyways.
@@colinfletcher7520 he's too slow
@@nicholastaiariol2631he’s definitely not to slow to play tight end but blocking wise I’m sure he’s ass
He needs to just become a body builder
He's Big, height and weight, he's gonna be a monster after a whole summer of development
Bryce looks a lot like a young Lamar Jackson. But a much more polished passer than Lamar was outta high school. I hope he lives up to the hype
Lamar Jackson isn't even in the same realm as underwood...not a good comparison at all...

This is disrespectful to Lamar. No qb is that athletic while still being a good passer (now he’s great). But I’d say Allen but more polished passer
Him standing next to Warren who is 6'2 made him look small..
He definitely 6'4- 6'6 range
Bryce is 6'4
He's still only 17... he isn't done growing yet
What’s funny is if you google him a lot of places I saw had him listed at 5’11 219, hell nah he’s gotta be at least 6’4-6’5
No lies told. He'll get to damn near 6'6, if he stays a full 4 years. I haven't seen this kid play yet, but I can tell, he's gonna be a game changer..

The uniforms are so classic, they could fit in any year in the history of Michigan football.
Zachariah Branch, KC Conception, and Jontay Cook need to watch this.
Jadyn & Bryce are both future NFL players
Jadyn Davis looked razor sharp too.
so what happens with Jadyn now ?
Is that rb from Alabama here alrdy too that's transferring?

How is Jayden Davis still not ready to go
he red shirted they can play him against bama
Orgi should just stay and switch to running back. He could be Derrick Henry 2.0
You evidently haven’t seen how slow he is.
Linebacker
@@VX1_l You are surprisingly correct. Evidence: Watch his big run in the OSU game. He has all players beat and they easily catch him.
H Back is his natural position. He is too slow for TB and LB takes years to learn.
He’s definitely tall
Who is NO. 15? Never heard of him. Must be a Walk On
Anthony Arnou. juco transfer. idk how he got there because he had 600/4/3 in juco (2022). idk what he did in 23
Yall need to hear me out…
Orji+Haynes RB tandem next season

Cam newton 2.0?

@ I don’t think you understand how good Bryce is. They’re saying he could be the best Qb recruit of all time
This quarterback is doing this effortlessly it look like talent to me.
That kid is a giant
Is Davis still leaving?
I just saw a news article saying he confirmed he is staying!
I just pray Michigan lets the kid air it out .

Bryce looks the part. His release looks a bit low to me though. Those drills suggest they might be doing more qb run next year.

Arnou
Patrick Mahomes
LeBron

It comes down to pre snap reads, in play check downs and pocket presence.

Why is Orji still at quarterback? Need to switch to TE or something. Wasting his talent. Underwood looks smooth though. Go Blue!
Michigan has never had a QB as physically gifted as Bryce.
