Comment to see a reworked Skarner video, Skarner got Q buff and W nerf, push him of the top and support role but make him a lot stronger in jungle as the Q buff damage and less time for rock pick up. Honestly don't understand why u have to have a cast time and stand still for 0,35 sec, it was like 0, 5 sec before nerfs. It feels like a self micro stun. Also rock throw feels like it should be aoe, given the animation, bit it is not ( Would be S+ if not that game design solutions. Tbh Freak commented on that but I didn't get it

I was literally trying to figure out how to mord jungle a few days ago.
Crazy how now that Olaf is also a jungler he still counters him outside of top lane

Exactly what Fuzzle said, not many other junglers can 1v1 him after 6 and even pre lvl 6. Maybe a good Kindred or Warwick/Olaf
