Embarrassed about the new manager. He is incapable of taking anything serious which is OK when you are winning…..but we aren’t. He acts like a child, a leader should act with some seriousness if he wants to be taken seriously.
The fuck are you onabout? Hes been in charge for 2 league games , won one ,lost one. Let the dude get his office supplies unpacked before you start labeling him a complete failure eh?
He has 3 promotions from the league you’re trying to get out of, with a squad much less talented than the one he’s been handed at Derby. Maybe give the guy a bit of time and don’t judge him on a video cut and designed for entertainment purposes. Although it has to be said, he was serious numerous times in the video as well. Not even a Derby or Rotherham fan btw. Just found this comment bizarre.
@@0wls2k He has also been relegated twice as well, shall we not mention that? Embarrassment is a personal thing and honestly, I can hardly watch him. He’s full of gimmicks, why walls and even a silly hat etc. I will return to this and apologise if I’m wrong and I hope I am. But we won against Cambridge by lumping it forward…..we couldn’t beat Mansfield and then we lost at home to Port Vale who were without doubt much better than us. As a lifelong Derby fan I am massively demoralised.
@@chasfleming Yes he was relegated twice with the smallest Championship wage bill on each occasion, that's why he kept his job both times, and the Rotherham owner's faith was re-paid. If Derby get promoted and are anywhere near the drop he will be promptly replaced. So I'd suggest you concentrate on the here and now; that's what is important. League One is an incredibly difficult one to get out of. Ask Sunderland fans (4 years in this league) or Sheff Utd fans (5 years). Those same 'gimmicks' (which is ridiculous as it's clearly put in place to help the team's mentality and confidence) got Rotherham promoted last season, finishing above Sunderland and Wednesday whose wage bill dwarfed theirs. Whether he achieves promotion or not it doesn't justify you righting him off after 2 minutes. Derby employing someone who has League One promotions on his CV makes absolute sense.
As a Burnley fan this series is absolutely fantastic. Keep going!

Not sure if you're joking or not okay in the head? Which one is it?
