    The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Postbaccalaureate Program provides recent college graduates who are planning to apply to graduate or professional school an opportunity to spend one or two years performing full-time research at the NIH in biomedical, behavioral, and social science health-related areas. This video provides information about the NIH Postbac program and the application process, including when to apply, elements of the application, selection process, tips for searching for NIH research groups and finding research mentors, and interviewing for positions.
