*ALCHEMY* Collection - STAMPERIA (ScrapBook Album)

- I'm proud to share with you my new project! A mini album made with the fashinating paper collection "Alchemy", by Stamperia. I looooooved this style, a mix of magic, astrology, witchcraft and esotericism. I used the Uroboros symbol for the cover, together with the Moon and the Sun, the basic Elements for ancient Alchemists and their experiments...and a lot of golden leaf, in each page, because the Gold was the sublime Metal searched by the Wizards, through the philosopher's stone, as a symbol for the Divine Essence and the Magna Opera...Ok, stop me please, and take a look to my work! Hope you like it!

@@rita.colarossi.0804 You are really a wonderful inspiration for me! And not only in my thoughts, I really move my body and soul and start creating myself. Right now I am working on a Fairy Tale book. The very big cover ist made from thin woods. I painted the shade of fairy houses on it and saw it out. And inside you find all kind of interactive pages with treasure chests, fairy dust, and..and..and. It is not ready yet, but every day a pleasure. Ah, and I bougt this book "Vampireology" that you menshioned. It is not here yet, but I got it real cheap, second hand. This will be my following project...the dark sides of life ;-))) Take care my sweet creative fairy far far away!!! Your Holly from Berlin!

@@rita.colarossi.0804 I am looking forward to it!! I love Italy. In my opinion the Italians are the most friendly people in the world. I once had a friend living in Napoli. And my brother has a house in the Toscana in Oviedo. Italy is really fantastic. When I was young I traveled all over Italy. From Bolsena down to Sicilia (West side down and east side back up). In Italy there is the best coffee in the world, wonderful food, primo and secondo, and obviously the loveliest artist! Stai bene, dolce fairy!!
Oh I wish you would do a tutorial. It doesn't matter that you don't speak English (I saw that comment in a previous video) Speak your native language and we will figure it out. I would love to see the construction process of these fabulous journals

Welcome to my Channel and thanks for your appreciation ❤️ Scrapbook mini albums are thought for photos, but also for everything you want...Personally, my focus Is the project itself, I love create a sort of "visual diary" , a compendium of a specific style and theme...but this Is Just my artistic vision and not a rule 😉
I came across your videos this morning and am so impressed with your work. Your journals are beautiful and have such a glorious spirit. Thank you for sharing and inspiring. What kind of glaze did you use on some of the pieces to make them shiny?
Thank you dear and welcome to my channel ❤ For this album I used the "golden leaf", a special technique (the same used in medieval manuscript), to make the effect of gold on some areas on the pages, and also golden glitter (Tim Holtz Sparkles) to give accents to the images 🙂
@@rita.colarossi.0804 Not the gold leaf, but the plain shiny elements in the book. At 1:47 in the video you show sun and moon that are shiny on their faces. They also have some gold leaf and glitter.
@CJ Wright oh sure! Sorry my english is bad, yes that is Glossy Accents 😉 It gives the glass and shiny effect on the paper 🙂

This is stunning!! What kind of gold glitter/paint did you use on the pages?
Thank you and welcome to my channel! That isn't paint or glitter, it's the "golden leaf", an ancient tecnique used in Middle Age on Manuscript, called (in italian, don't know the english word) "doratura".
