With VannDa, you never know what you gonna get. When you expect something, you may not get it. When you not expecting something, you gonna get it… AND SOME. His style is unorthodox & there are no rules to the game for him. 👉🏼 *He creates his music the way he creates his flows* 👈🏼 You never know what you gonna get or when you get it or if you get it at all. A lot of his music is also based off his mood & how he feels. For those following VannDa’s journey, it was no secret that VannDa was *deeply depressed* during that time. You can literally hear the pain & melancholy vibe in his voice. VannDa is well known for his flow switches & impressive beat drops & changes but there will be *some* songs that he will keep at 5 notches instead of 10 because like you mentioned… he just want people to hear what he has to say rather than focus on anything else that may take away from his message. For this song, think of it as he was reading off pages straight out of his journal. When I was depressed, I wrote a lot of similar things in my journal so I felt as though he was reading my journal for a second there… 😆
Come on man you can’t expect a great artist like Vannda of his caliber to always stick to the same style all the time. His versatility is what made his brand and gave him his crown. I seen this man throw out a variety of music in many different ways and styles most people don’t expect. He was going thru some dark moments and everyone know depression ain’t no joke especially on a grown man out there all alone. He wrote this song over 2 yrs ago before his career really took off and we only started hearing about him just last year when he gained his millions of fans in that short time frame. Ez mill is another Asian dude I like and follow but even he couldn’t pull it off quite like Vannda as far as the general international population goes. I for real thought he would have at least gained his first million subscribers by now because I think he’s a good rapper too but he hasn’t and my boy Ez Mill started his career right around the same time and had his social media exposure before Vannda did. But I respect your rating but tbh I don’t agree with it for the reason you mentioned. All good tho.
