  • Yes, you know how to brace your core in a neutral position now, but on on earth do I apply these principles to all my movements at work, in the gym or to all my daily movements.
    Just remember the 2 thumb rule and apply it to any movement you are doing to make sure you are never dangerously flexing or extending through the spine.
