Yeah, triple noble mogul is really good. It has a lot of shortcomings but having the highest potential damage of all elizas is a merit on it's own

Level up both, they work nicely together. Hex would want other support tho, someone with healing abilities like seraph soldier, starlight rose or surgeon general
