Tips from this video:
1. Bring a sinomacrops!
2. Dinopithecus does NOT agro most cave dinos. It is great for getting in and out unnoticed.
3. Cactus broth and/or Bug repellent will help you go unnoticed if you need to dismount (which you do in a few caves).
4. Ghillie = decent armor and keeps you hidden from some dinos!

Personally, I love using Thylo's for these caves. The climbing ability and jump is super useful

on official all you need is argui it fits everywhere, not even repelent needed, but repelent makes it easier even, argui also heals himself after eating a corpse if you need to fight.

That's the only thing I use in caves. Mine does about 20k damage, so I'm fine. And yea it fits everywhere.
