There are facilities 4 the homeless but not having a base a dwelling affects people's horizons perspectives opportunities life chances and mental and physical health. To give people the dignity and humanity of dwelling we often take for granted is a right we need as a Society 2 cope with providing.

I remember when Hugh Grant did the same thing here, as an Oscar presenter (both while on the red carpet and presenting) and his shirt was heavily creased which had everyone fixated as to why his jacket was not buttoned up.
