Do some research. The people of the UK used to contribute less than a £ per annum. The inflow from tourism is far more than the government contributes. King Charles has slimmed down the Monarchy & William will also do so. He has already nullified certain member's stipends. Remember, the prime Minister's tenure is 4 years but the Monarchy remains a constant. There would literally be thousands of charities who will lose there benefits if there is no Monarchy.
Oh Yes because if there wasn’t any monarchy, the treasury and government would just give the money from the crown estates to help with homelessness??😂😂you might as well ask for world peace too. The public wouldn’t see the benefit to any of that money. You’ve too much faith in the political system and how many people’s hands money goes through. Why would you abolish them prince William is working hard to help the homeless ,you should be thanking him ,believe me if the royals were gone you would not have all the tourist coming ,they are going to see the royals ,,and William and the king are trying to make apartments out of those big homes not used ,and tourist would pay to stay ,that is why he wants Andrew out of that big home he can’t afford to stay ,and move in a smaller place ,he has no money to fix it ,,, 😊

Little, dear😂😮?
Abolish the monarchy then! Youd still get tourism like in Versailles. But save a ton of money for homelessness!!!!!!!!
My local council a couple of years ago received a large amount of money to regenerate a deprived area. The money had to be spent somewhere else conveniently.
Well said! he talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk!
Why would you abolish them prince William is working hard to help the homeless ,you should be thanking him ,believe me if the royals were gone you would not have all the tourist coming ,they are going to see the royals ,,and William and the king are trying to make apartments out of those big homes not used ,and tourist would pay to stay ,that is why he wants Andrew out of that big home he can’t afford to stay ,and move in a smaller place ,he has no money to fix it ,,,
😊
@@susansmith6737who are you talking about talk the talk the prince is building homes as we speak ,for the homeless ,are you one of Raglands sugars that she pays to bully the royals ,we all know she hires sewers 🐀 what great thing have you done to help others ,I can tell by your attitude that the only person you think about is you ,,,
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ and my dear Prince William absolutely 💎 diamond ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️👏👏👏
Intrinsically worthless and very expensive. Yes, although diamonds are useful for drilling.
Ooh yes yes yes indeed, diamonds are for ever 😁
God Bless you Prince William, and all your positive, life-affirming contributions you make to the world.

Prince William demonstrates the absolute BEST attributes of his mother and grandmother! GOD bless him in his endeavors to help the homeless ❤🙏
Self-serving and aloof?
William has plenty of land, property and money - why doesn't he do more to help the homeless? Empty words and plans for 24 houses is not enough!
But it is a start 🤗
@@deborah85728 How many times is he going to "start" - he launched the project nearly 18 months ago and to date NOTHING. He has enough resources, contacts and help to have well and truly got this project off the ground. I hope this won't end up like his statement in 2017 when he was going to bring peace to the Middle East!!!!!!!
Not his problem 🙄
The King built a village and Prince William is building homes. What are you doing?
@@Guitar-qv6gu If it isn't his problem why is he bleating on about homelessness? Says it all really!
Who advised him on that „beard“? It looks Olsen, cheap and does not suit his face. I just don‘t understand.
Love his beard. Makes him look just as handsome as without a beard.
No need to be rude.
William is a grown man, and is entitled to grow a beard if he wants. He doesn't need advice as to whether he should or shouldn't.
Добрый, умный будущий король Великобритании, принц Уильям. Много сил и долголетия его величеству. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
why don't they convert one of their many palaces into housing for ordinary common folk?
Most of the Palaces are owned by the State. But the King has built a village in Cornwall and Prince William is building houses in Cornwall for the homeless. So what are you doing?
@@charlenebarker9062 highlighting injustice on youtube
@@shutup2751 How is that an injustice when it is really a governmental issue that you need to take to your MP as the royals can NOT get involved. I was asking what are you doing to house the homeless or is that not good for your narrative?

Absolutely love Prince William! But the beard makes him look older, and sort of like a cartoon villain.
I think the best way to judge the policies and intentions of the powers that be is to look at the fruits which are the consequences of those😊 I rest my case once again, dears😊
Once again you are wrong, dear. The King built a village in Cornwall while still Prince of Wales and Prince William is building houses on his land, dear. So will you ever admit that you are wrong, dear. I doubt it as it would not fit your narrative, dear. 😊

I’m sorry but that hair on his face looks awful. Doubt he’ll put any of his own money to the cause.
He has donated land from the Duchy of Cornwall for homes to be built. The work is due to be finished next autumn. Hopefully it’ll be the first of many such projects for him 😊
Rude. It’s a BEARD.
@@anneavenell3691He's donated land from public property that isn't his to personally profit from. Wow. How selfless...
Why we have such a supine press that don't hold him to account is a question we need an answer to.

It's on the Duchy of Cornwall estate. So yes it is his property.
The Duchy of Cornwall was established in 1337 by Edward III for his son, Prince Edward, to provide him with an income and independence..
*Charter*
The Royal Great Charter established the Duchy, which was created from the former Earldom of Cornwall. The charter also established that the Duke of Cornwall would be the eldest surviving son of the monarch and heir to the throne.
*Survey*
The first Duke of Cornwall (Edward of Woodstock) ordered a survey to determine the extent of the Duchy's holdings.
