Thank you for pausing audio whilst I read the translation. Made things much easier. I hope others also adopt this practice for the ease of non-Arabs

i thought it was also sunnah to say Allahu akbar through out the movement (going from standing to ruku, u start saying it when standing nd end when ur forehead touches the ground)

What about in coming up from sitting of rest? Because it says in kitab al adkhar to say Allahu Akbar when raising head and prolonging it i.e raise your head when saying Allahu Akbar then sit for a rest while still saying it then stand up? It says that this is the most correct way in the sitting of rest but there are 3 ways and this is the most correct? Can someone let me know which is it then?Jazakallahu Khairan.

The problem is akhi, there is a risk that the person praying behind you will precede you and stand up before you. That's why as Imam one should keep it fast paced. You have to keep in mind that nowadays many laymen (praying behind te imam) are ignorant of these rulings. In my local masjid I've seen plenty of times people preceding the imam because the imam elongates the takbeer too much. Firstly, they finish saying "Allahu akbar" before the imam finishes saying it, and secondly, they reach the ground before him because they're quicker in going down to the ground.
If you're praying alone, then there should be no issue if you prolong it a bit, and Allah knows best.
