He's not just an actor in The Untamed, where he's magnificent, it's also where I had the privilege of meeting him and I fell in love with his beauty and acting. Then I became a fan who admires him a lot.
This is, in my opinion, their best performance: the romantic stage, the outfit, the atmosphere in the air, their emotions during the song in their faces, their vocal sinthony...everything is perfect like a disney story. Simply they was feeling the song and the lyric as own.

XZ was used to all the screaming from his Xnine days and also from the Untamed...he'd filmed that already before Our Song so I guess screaming became part of his ordinary ! Also, can we take a moment to recognise what a wonderful vocalist Na Ying is - she has one of the purest, most tuneful voices I have ever heard and will forever be one of my favourites.
Oh! I thought you had reacted to all of their Our Song performances, how did I miss recommending this earlier? This is such a beautiful and bittersweet song. Loving someone and wanting to be with them but having the world get in the way. There were a couple songs on this show where the host asked XZ why he chose it (Na Ying encouraged him to pick nearly every song they sang together except the "annoying breeze/gimme gimme" song which was her idea) and XZ's answer was cut out of the broadcast. This was one of them. He said that he didn't understand that feeling of love back when he first heard this song, but understands how it feels now.
