My mom... a force and a true presence suddenly not present..I could never in my wildest dreams or had I ever thought, mommy will not be here always. Of course you know, but it is unimaginable. I felt this whole🥲🫂🌹🙏🏽
It must have been devastating to lose both parents in such close succession. Yes, the death of loved ones can bring about a fear of losing more people. Wishing her peace.
My sister you are very right Before My dad died he told I'm old enough please let me go because I held him to the extent that he was involved twice in a major accident yet he came through until he told me this "If I died and anyone cries he or she must be confused " Now I know my dad was very old yet was still looking good and as a teenager I wanted him to be alive forever with me and the family My mum died because she got tired of what life became before her eyes because my mom was a lover giver that the only thing she can't give was the life she Lost to death very painful greiveful so I always look as her picture talk to her as if she is still with me This has been my healing balm for the past three years though I still cry but I keep keeping on with HOLY SPIRIT my COMFORTER all is well in JESUS NAME AMEN 🙏🏿♥️😂
It's like a movie shaking hands with the wrong people (carrier) and now they are infected with the evil that they projected on the Black Mirror so slow 🤔❤️
I've not been able, till now, to come over this tradition of eating and drinking over a very poor widow in my place called Serah.I was 11 then. And our mother had sent me to take something to her house. I got there to see some kindred women going about preparing a local dish. I arrived with tears on my eyes and I asked them, "Serah died in the hospital after a sugery, as poor as she was under this poorly thatched house, you people are preparing something to eat with her lifeless body inside, is it not wickedness on your side?" Her death till today has continued to mark me negatively about death regardless how old the person was. I see it as inhumane. If the person was quite old, still, it holds my breathe and my heart because death is always a sorrowful departure.
I disagree on how death is approached here in the US as compared to back home in Africa. Being a health worker, patients are told things as they are, and they are focused on quality of life and not quantity. This conversation is done with the patient, and based on that, Docotors will respect patients' wishes.
You're right. This has been my experience in the UK. Good doctors will fight for their patients but there comes a time when they have to help them and their relatives face the reality of the situation.
