Thanks for the video. I can see the UV light glowing in the two PEX pipes connected to the UV filter system. I would recommend replacing those two PEX lines that are glowing with copper as the UV is possibly going to break that PEX down. I would think after the 90 degree elbow you should be good.
Except the PROBLEM with this system (I have one) is that the UV light stays ON "ALL" the time turning the water near it HOT. The minute you want water it comes out HOT. You have to run the water for about a full minute to flush the hot wat out. I emailed the maker andthey CLAIM the light is supposed to turn on and off automatically. Really? HOW? There is NO "water switch" so did they add a bag of magic with the unit? I can't find mine if they did !
Nicely done…. I think your leak was caused by threading your teflon tape backwards.

Light is on all the time, but I have never experienced hot water from it -- not enough that I ever noticed.
Glass tube is broke. Where i should buy? Not the light tube. Only the Glass tube. How much it cost? Please help me.
Manufacturer sells glass tubes also. I bought a spare just in case.
You should do a follow up video after the 2 years of using. The pros and cons
Built new house and installed same in new house. Still going strong after 2 years.
Uv light is invisible…how does that glow blue? 👀🧐🤓
UV = ultraviolet (but still looks bluish in the white hose)
How much the price
Approx $250, but lots of different options on Amazon or Bluonics web sites
As of Sept, 2021, I can’t find them under 247 anywhere. Only 2 extra bulbs and no extra ballast from my Amazon seller.
