No one is denying the capability of the former PM, nor should we forget, that the FIR was registered, without any delay and at the insistence of the son of the deceased. We also know, that the Punjab police, was not ready to register this case, against the sitting PM. It's a fact. But it is also a fact, that the prime target of the shootout, was not the deceased but, the son of the deceased, who had been a very prominent member, or rather a founding member of the PPP. I have a great respect for the former Advocate General, but I am not going to buy the conspiracy theory from him. No one can deny, that the former PM, would not tolerate or could not tolerate any opposition. The case of J Raheem should not be forgotten, it was not an isolated incident. Mr Raheem, was the brain of the People's party, he was the Minister in the government, we all know what happened to him. He was sent to jail for opposing the PM. Dulai Camp in which the leaders of the opposition were kept was the creation of the PM. Let us call a spade a spade. The former PM, was the one who was claiming, in the Supreme Court of India, that he was Indian and he was temporarily residing in Pakistan. It is not a figment of my imagination is a matter of record.

Even if Bhutto was main character behind this murder, the split decision in Supreme Court, shouldn't have resulted in capital punishment.
