Kind of went off the rails around when Ice Chicken needed to die, but was able to follow for the most part and beat with a comfortable cushion. I can't figure out how your Macloed is hitting for 12999 though, I thought the nodes topped out at 11999. What am I missing?
Glad it helped you clear the stage! I have 1000 max damage on my truststones. To increase your max damage, I recommend that you equip a max dmg VC on Rafale's sub VC slot (ie Trembling Heart, 2 headed dragon, or mind flayer). It may help clear the stage more easily.
You can use the glacial esper on macleod instead. If you are having trouble with taking down the trio of Magritte, V. Ildyra, glacial, you can have khurry use barrage instead of auto attacking and have chel to cast imperil a 2nd time instead of dispel. This will create a chain for macleod to do more damage with horizontal shot. If you are having trouble with Velric/Lemure. You can take your time with khury/macleod. Chel can steal time omega and steal heart on Gilgamesh to buy you time. Chel can conserve TP if you don't cast barblizzard.

I don't have the dragons bloodline
It shouldn't be needed. Focus on getting the same AGI as Rafael. For the first buff, you can use the target share buff instead.

My Macleod doesn’t hit as hard, I don’t have the Ice Esper for Arenea (FF15 right?).

Steal time was brilliant. Prior, I was giving omega too many turns and he would end up one shot-ing someone. Steal time kept him benign.
