Da Italiano posso dire che molte delle ricette proposte non sono perfettamente in linea con le ricette originali, le vedo più come varianti personali. Ma questo è anche una fondamentale parte creativa del saper cucinare. Questo è il presupposto.
Per concludere secondo me AlmazanKitchen è un canale innovativo ed alternativo e per quanto mi riguarda provo molta ammirazione ed il contenuto che propongono va al di la della cucina stessa e riappacifica l'animo. La cosa più bella oltre al sapere cucinare divinamente e con metodi davvero antichi, è che trattasi di un canale dove non si parla, solo rumori, suoni, natura che in totale armonia ci rilassano come solo il miglior cibo fatto con amore può fare. I absolutelly love this. So clean, so efficient. I mean, look at all those fancy cooker in shiny supermoder kitchens, making only under miscroscope visible portions of food. What is that about? How that can satisfy anyone?
There is cooking with touch of nature, out of the best available ingredients, cooking in silence and peace. Cooking for cooking same as for good meal. Honestly, I had serious argument with my ex, she loves that guy Ramsey, but I was always like: Give Ramsey one pan and one knife, I bet he would struggle. Not as he is not good, of course, he is. But he is used for some kind of luxury. And any kinf of luxury is just taking our focus away.

Except they are already dark roasted, and he has coarsely grinded them. So no, not really, for that kind of grind you'll need a lighter roast to begin with.
