Imagine living in a world where Demons are present and they killed our loved ones.. To Sanemi and other people who are a victim to demons,they wouldnt really care whether she was a sister of some fellow demon slayer cause they already seen a lot of times when people get killed by Demons who once were a human they love
Sanemi was 100% justified imo. Imagine in a zombie apocalypse some random kid you’ve never met before brings a zombie into your base promising they never bite everything you’ve seen disproves that, the only person who agrees are the pushover girl, the silent loner and a retired guy. I’d also not trust Nezuko

read the manga and sanemi's back story alone justifies why he acted that way, alot of people hated him after this scene but they will come to love and understand him as the show goes on
People who say no no or are angry at Sanemi I think these people are just fake good people In real life, we don't all see other people's perspectives like in anime or movies to know if that person is dangerous or not.
