5 minutes in, paused to say, I watch regularly but asking aunty the question about final stop is a little weird. Like I don't know if you know her well enough to ask her that question, especially using those terms. It could be framed better. Just some humble feedback. Resuming the video now, they seem like nice people :)
hi vishal, really like your content. i have personally learned a lot about real estate & renting in mumbai from your videos. i would be very much interested in watching a tour of your own house. i'm assuming you might not be a tenant and you might be living in your own house in mumbai, but it will be very exciting to get a tour of your DEN in mumbai and also to get to know what works for you and what doesn't. hope you get back to this 😄✌
you cant go around and walk towards different societies asking for any vacant flats, most security guards and owners discourage such random walk-in requests. People hardly talk to their neighbours now forget about people living on the opposite building 😅 A local known broker sometimes can be of an advantage.
Old buildings made long back are completely demolished and new towers are made. It's a lottery coz 1 bhk owners get 2 , 2 get 3 and so on. Plus the design and all is also super new so it's a win win
I feel like sometimes asking tenants their future plans on camera like whether they are buying in future or not is kind of weird. So i think you guys should decide on what points to cover. Because not everyone can afford even if they are paying big rent. Renting and buying has a big big difference financially.
@@AJK666007 Yes Sion is part of the main Mumbai City District (no auto area), however cannot be considered as "South Mumbai" - this is just a slang not an official term. it mainly represents areas south of Prabhadevi, Parel. Where as Dadar, Matunga, Mahim, Wadala are center , Sion is on the eastern edge of Mumbai City...but definitely not a suburb.

Fully agree, it was weird, period. Besides that unholy question, why would anyone want to live in rent for that long?

If possible visit redevelopment projects in Mumbai. Every project has it's own story to tell us. Thanks. Appreciate your efforts.
Very impressed by the strategy this family did. 🎉

I'm not from India, but I enjoy watching this series.
why you make videos only for mumbai - why not for delhi or kolkata ?
Sister is so beautiful, humble family.

Sion is border between city and suburbs so you can catch auto only at sion station to go to suburbs. Auto cannot enter inside sion

Sion isn't Central suburbs. It's technically South Mumbai isn't it?
No, Sion and Wadala are not South Mumbai, they border it. Its on the eastern line.
@@adj33 sure but no autos allowed in Sion so technically South Mumbai.
