They said God was a pathetic and man-made imaginative being. But as I ventured further and further away from the loudness of Earth I was struck by the how wrong they were. Billions if not trillions of silent stars surrounded me and I felt incredibly small. Yet at the same time, there was an odd sense of order in this seemingly random void. There seemed to be a silent, beyond holy, song that echoed throughout the silent void. It was as if Gregorian chant could be heard but without voices and only silence. Even though I was extremely isolated from any human contact I did not feel alone. The immense presence of it all made me mad and full, almost as if I was going to explode. To know that something incomprehensible made this incomprehensible place was beyond mind blowing.
Holy fuck. "LAND:FIRE - Most People Were Silent" is hands down the best track so far. Feels like "Vampires: Masquerade II". And it has that nice touch of graveyard poetry and hauling wind and faint mumbling in the background. "INADE - Aion Teleas" has also that little extra spice for me.
This doesn't feel space ambient at all for me. There are some fragments here and there. Mostly there is just empty souls that wants to find there way home......Caught in the darkness and drifting away..

Every planet has it's own unique sound, some sound like this. Us humans tend to think we are superior, but we are merely a bunch of tiny atoms in this huge galaxy and "our" planet is a tiny ball going round and round in this amazingly great dark galaxy, just doing its thing, next to billions and billions of other planets in just this galaxy. And this galaxy is the tiniest thing you can imagine in the whole universe. If we as a species die out, in fraction of time, it's never known again we existed. Maybe on mars used to live a species, but they killed themselves and their planet by their never ending excessive needs, exactly like we are doing right now. Perhaps "we" destroyed life on earth before and we had to flee to Mars, as what's happening right now.
fuckin' beautiful! my dad played dark ambient a few years back, which in turn got me into it. he stopped listening to it, i kept on :) now my 11 year listens to this too forgot to add
The further away from the Milky Way I drift, the weaker my conception of time and space becomes. My life support will only last 3 more years, and my supplies are meager. I must soon begin fasting, just to conserve the protein paste. But I must find my crew, and the secret they discovered at the heart of that anomaly...
I feel like ı am a forgotten life form with amazing - god like powers from the ancient times of the universe and ı am in a some kind of sleep mod and waiting for my awakening. Oh my imagine power is crazy :D
