I see he is still there. So sorry for the loss of your sister. One of our family's relative's husband was murdered. Terrible. Trials for these crimes take a long time. The woman that alledgely killed the bride on April 29, 2023, the day she was married over at Folly Beach, SC, is jailed there charged with one count of reckless homicide, and three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury as she hit the golf cart with four people in it at at 65 mph in a 25 mph zone. Blood alcohol level was said to have been .26. There's no respect for the lives of others.

So, in actual reality it's good that crimes are being committed, because without crimes these guys wouldn't have a job and wouldn't be so grateful.
