Forever Your Rogue was such a beautiful story. I can see why it made you cry. His letters were so sweet and the scene with the dogs where he says “my little girl is scared of dogs”. Ugh 😩 He had my heart.
This is one of my favorite videos you do. Forever Your Rogue is going to the top of my list for my must reads in 2024. I love it when you get emotional and gush over books.

I have this theory that the kinds of books a person reads can tell about the stage they are in life. like as a kid- you read about other kids and school life, as a teen you read about high school life, if you want to escape your life you might read fantasy etc... and so lately I noticed I don't avoid books with single parents and children...
So I'll be bold- I think your interest may speak to the experience you are ready to experience for yourself; husband, kids, family. I don't know you, and it might be the case you were always interested in those kinds of book and that my little theory is nonsense, but maybe you are at the precipice of a new stage in life. I would love that for you, if it were...
Anyway, pardon my boldness. I do love your reviews even if i won't read most of what you recommend. (I'm reading the Death before Dragons series- it's fantasy with a side dish of romance, but very very slow burn)
