@@melodieangelique3385 The voice actor of Kel also confirmed the voice lines in a reply to a comment on the original video. I think it sounds like that because of a combination of the accent and how the I and don't are put really close together while the care is spaced out.
I think I know roughly what happened with it? Take my word with a grain of salt though. I think a lot of the devs left due to burn out around May like Coquers_ and then the songs that were cancelled were released and some art released as well. The mod was still being worked on though and new people were brought onto the team to work on Alter V3 and other stuff like that. They even changed it from vs omori plus and minus to vs omori redreamed, but then around mid August they just decided to cancel it because there was a lot of stress from the people who were working on it.
