Okay, anyone who knows anything about video and has carefully watched this video knows that its %100 real. If it were fake even Hollywood producers couldn't have made it look that good. If it were fake I would have seen all the tale tell signs and there were none of them.
Q. what is the parent doing so far apart from the child the set up looks staged the child is not real a prop dummy.. when the camera gets over to where they are a real child is put in place .. fake!
