this question is not so easy to answer. it is a combination of the drums, heads, mics and interface you use. then the room you play in is important as well. the mixing and mastering plays a big roll as well of course. And then there is the most important thing, the drummer him/her self.
I guess just keep practicing, recording and learning how to mix/master. Over time it will get better and better
