- On August 17, 2013, Mariano's surprised shoppers with a performance of Brindisi from Verdi's La Traviata. Chicago's da Corneto Opera performed the flash mob at Mariano's West Loop. Produced by figfilms.net.
I love this music God bless to Verdi for this beautiful music I never get tired of listening.

me too...I have participated in a Hallelujah Chorus in Adelaide, South Australia...just wonderful! I shop there all the time, and am very irritated by the aloof, head in the clouds, yuppie snobs who arent actually shopping but 'hanging out', drinking wine, and having way to much fun in a grocery store. Add an opera flash mob to that equation and i'd probably go postal.
