One really good positive for all of this boring invasion grinding is you do get 200 dragon crystals per character (Lv20-Lv31). I believe thats a total of 4600 dragon crystals which for future shop value is convenient
Did this method to level Mileena/Frost first. The only thing I'd add here is that you can pop an armor buff at the start to ensure flawless victory, and shave off seconds normally spent on avoiding cpu attacks. Also, depending on the setup, sometimes kameo brutalities are more reliable with regards to enemy armor. Kameo and character brutalities award the same exact XP, and brutalities are worth more than fatalities.
mileena frost is ez, just frost freeze first 2 rounds as soon as you can, then walk up and f 4. geras you wanna walk up and uppercut at the max range, that way you get brutality all the time

my tip ( figured it out by myself ) If you are playing nitara and finished invasions then do this method you dont have to reset all your stats. When you this level if you get hit do the blood sacrifice move then quick taste and you should get your health back to full if you get hit once or twice. Still counts as a flawless and your attacks wont be one shot but they will do pretty strong damage against the opponents.
also update this method does not count as a flawless brutality if you get a flawless buy regaining your health to full with the quick taste attack only fatalities work and I found out if you use the ice armor talisman you are basically invincible if you activate it fast enough. Just dont block after you activate it otherwise you will take block damage.
Good to know. Ive been having fun just playing characters through invasions. Usually doing 2lvls per character then switching. But eventually know im gona want to cheese it
For anyone who is only bothered about unlocking all fatalities and brutalities for a character, you only have to grind to level 15. For Kameo characters, you need to get to level 11 to unlock their 2nd brutality.
Some fighters attack don't go as high as others. Subzero as example couldn't one shot geras with a uppercut even without his shield. Even tho I reseted his stats it didn't give me enough attack. So some might need two uppercuts. And don't know if it's a glitch sometimes uppercuts didn't decapitate even though it killed geras without a shield. Also Kung lao either moves forward easy uppercut. Or back and throws his hat so jump over forward and uppercut. Katana same thing forward easy uppercut back she'll jump and throw fan so duck or throw fans behind you so dash forward or jump forward and uppercut. They are very predictable.
How the hell do people do this? I've beat invasions, level 30, got stats maxed out, beat the netherstone towers, still doing triple threat with the No Junk relic and flawlessing it every time. Johnny Cage is still level 28 and my Sonya Kameo is 12. It takes way too fucking long. Lol
It’s good for the first 12 levels but then it takes longer to level up but u also get player levels fast and I did it for a about 20 minutes with johnny and got him to level 10 got about 8 player levels 54-62 and got about 12k shrine koins
Fantastic guide. Just a thing for me though. I main Reptile and using this for Kamoes so for me it was easier to get a flawless to instead just level up special and use the Gator Roll thing. If level 30 it can one shot and it can also be a brutality. Thanks again though!
Something interesting if you’re dabbling with invasions merchants If any item says sold out, just go back to the main menu and repeat purchase You can stack the same items by 10% increments You can do the same thing with the experience trinkets on the top right training map
HERMIT TIP: if you have a Talisman that adds armour you can upgrade it to +40% activation and then its fast enough to activate before the Computer can attack. then if you get hit your armour prevents damage. still counts as Flawless HERMIT TIP 2: if you have a Talisman that 'replinish x% life on activation' and you activate the Talisman to full health and finish the match... still counts as Flawless. Its the same meathod for one called squad up in the tarkatan colony its worth noting thar max strength youll pretty much always need 2 uppercuts if the match is resistant against your character type
That would be complete bs if they patched it. To get all second fatalities it takes so many hours upon hours. If anything they should give you more xp per fight
@@generallion8758 the best place to lvl up now is the seasonal tower. But you have to complete it multiple times first, to get the enemies to above level 30, which is so tedious
It sucks that tediously spamming the same fight is the only solid way of leveling up or getting koins. I guess another game released with a completely broken grind. I hope they fix it cause right now you get a useless amount of XP or koins from doing literally anything else in this game. I just want to be able to play the game the way it's intended to be played and get a reasonable amount of everything for it. At this point I'm barely actually playing the game aside from grinding this fight cause invasions is kinda pointless after you beat the season and the gateway towers don't make you feel like you are making progress towards literally anything you get like 100 koins for beating a tower plus what you get for each individual fight. By the time you beat 4 or 5 towers you might have enough koins to get a single thing out of the shrine and will have barely made a dent in XP. The progression in this game is pathetic.
My days this game is looking more and more fun. Easily No cap the best mk game ever. Look at these level up, invasions and mastery additions. Roster and gameplay is top, story too. Gonna be grindimg till Wolverine comes out Autumn 2024😮😮
Just a heads up kollector sells xp items for invasion mode i only at the shaolin training place i concluded the sun do festival and im already at 30 so there's no need to complete invasions

@@Darisuke each character took around 45 minutes. I probably got a flawless and brutality 90-95% of the time. Sometimes Geras does this attack where he’s armored and it damages you even when you uppercut. 22 characters times 45 minutes each is 990 minutes. That’s 16.5 hours. But it’s probably more like 15 or just under 15 cause I already got to level 15 with 3 characters while playing invasions normally
This takes way to long to level up the characters and cameos. XP gain is so slow and grindy, I don't feel like doing the same fight repeatedly, seems like a chore honestly. They need a konsunable or even a patch to increase the XP count because this is ridiculous
If you have used up all your points for 1 character. The rest of the Other characters are safe. They will all have max points for you to manually do them etc
Fuckin hate Geras doing that armor move. I have gotten more guarantee from Geras if you walk back and have geras chase you a bit; guess he cant do it while walking.
Unfortunately changing your stats won't matter. I did, and the game gives you the same points. The main difference is if you end up doing a Fatality or Brutality (Brutality gives you more points) and if you end with a Flawless Victory. Other than that, the most important thing is that you get Your Invasion XP character all the way to 30 so you can One Punch end Kung Lao and Kitanna very gast and be quick enough to defeat Geras with maybe two hits (try to make the second a Brutality) before he rise up his Armor.
Did you need to turn all the characters points off i didnt know that so once i did my first character im forced to use whatever is stronger special or physical damage for other characters

You can teleport to triple threat by going to pause and selecting the shop its right outside

its a good way to grind out levels to get the brutalities, and alternate costumes for when you want to farm the exp

Dude, it's hard to level up the Kameo fighters.... I'm just about to get level 15 with Kano. After reaching level 12 it slows down.

You can perform without gaining level.
You can do it without lvling up. You only unlock the what the inputs are when leveling the mastery

I did it but i got only a little bit of an ex and im lvl 3 with raiden
So in order to unlock all second fatalities, you have to grind this for hours upon hours
you can do all the fatalities if you know the inputs but to see the inputs in your movelist you need to unlock them
2nd fatal unlocks at Lv14 while final brutal is at lv15.

Im at level 30 with sub zero and just maxed out frost its a grind and its not fun ..
The first amulet you get gives 15% more xp, use that too
Only works for invasion xp
With certain characters like Raiden, Sub Zero & Reptile it's better to put the points into special
Some characters uppercut reach farther like reptile so geras doesn't have to be a problem if your going for the kameo mastery trophy

It seems that you earn a lot less XP in season 2 of invasions mode unfortunately.
Use the relic that grants 15% extra xp also

No it’s nerfed. Enemies that are below your invasion level give you little to no xp now

it's not a good technique for shang tsung, he can't one shot with uppercut and sometimes his attacks wiff in invasion when you follow up too quickly..
update, for geras if you do 2 fireball before the uppercut it's pretty stable and you can get the flawless victory
