Large CNC Machine Transport of the DMU 1000 SE to Japan

The process began with 14 days of meticulous disassembly, during which the big CNC machine was broken down into 40 packages, including 20 sea chests and 20 container boxes. Weighing a total of 350 tons, the machine was transported by 25 trucks over a distance of 12,000 nautical miles.
The heavy machine transport took 40 days. In Iga, Japan, the giant machine was expertly reassembled over 140 days. The machine has a total length of 30 meters, with a maximum table length of 11 meters when tables are coupled.
