Sir we have to give the photocopy of the counterfeit note with stamp to customer in return? And one more question where we have to keep the counterfeit note in bank ..should we stamp in the counterfeit note and inform the police

No, only acknowledgement to be given to customer. Counterfeit notes are to be impounded by bank and has to be stamped as "counterfeit note". Such notes are forwarded to local police and receipt obtained
