    Burnt Brinjal Hasi Gojju | Sutta Badanekai Gojju|
    | ಸುಟ್ಟ ಬದನೆಕಾಯಿ ಹಸಿ ಗೊಜ್ಜು |
    Ingredients Required :
    1. Green Round Brinjal-1 Big
    2. Onion-1 & Coriander Leaves- Finely Chopped
    3. Green Chillies-4-5 nos
    4. Tamarind Extract- 1 Bowl
    5.Avarekalu/ Hyacinth Beans- Handful (Cooked)
    6. Salt- 1tbsp
    7. Red Chilly Powder- 1/2 tbsp
    Method of Preparation:
    1. Soak Tamarind in water for 15-20 minutes.
    2. Take handful of Avarekalu or Hyacinth Beans and Cook.
    3. Burn Green Brinjal on the Gas stove till the skin turns black.
    4. Now poke it with a wooden stick or fork to check if it is fully cooked.
    5. Dip it in cold water allow it to cool.
    6. Remove the burnt skin.
    7. Now add Tamarind extract, Onion, coriander leaves, salt, chilly powder, burnt brinjal & Avarekalu or Hyacinth Beans and mash well and mix it.
    8. Add 1/2 cup of water.
    9. Burnt Brinjal Gojju ready to serve.
    10. Serve with Ragi Ball or Hot Rice.
