@@sacredrootnomad6582 lately I've been struggling with my high stress symptoms which are debilitating, everything around me becomes so strange, I feel weird, I feel intense fear and tight muscles all the time, I can't breathe as supposed to, it is like hell. I found these guys yesterday and I felt a release after listening to their music, it's so soothing. I try to eat healthy as much as I can as it can impact the stress symptoms, but there are times when it goes crazy on me. I also meditate, but never tried ayurveda medicine though, is it really helpful?
