As someone with mental health issues and sleep problems, these videos help me so much. I don't really go out as often anymore and I find it hard to calm down, but when I hear this I get so happy and feel so nostalgic. I think back to when I was younger and happier with a healthy family and so many friends. My life changed so much and things never got better. But now I get motivated from time to time and work harder. Next year I am of age and will move together with my partner hoping to experience more nature together with him and listen to birds like this😌
My eyes are literally watering. I don't know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.
I do that everytime when I go to my summer cottage. It's super relaxing 😌 I know I might sound stupid but, I'm afraid that because of the coronavirus, I wont be going there this year 😔
When my newborn is fussy my husband and I put this on and turn the volume up. He instantly relaxes and eventually falls asleep. Beautiful sounds from beautiful nature God gave to us all.❤️ Thank you for the video!
I am feeling really alone this morning and dont want to hear other peeps sounds next door so I am listening while I read.... It is peaceful this birdsong. Every morning I walk and listen to birds in my area. No matter what is going on, they are joyous. Life goes on. I spent my teen years in delaware where we lived off 2 lane roads and big forest behind our house. Used to hike in white clay creek, the roar of the white water creek, the loud buzz of crickets. It was the soothing white noise of nature.
I love the internet,we are all thousands of miles apart scattered across our planet and yet can read each other's thoughts on a music we all can listen to.
I was forced to move away from my home in the countryside and have been very depressed as all I hear now are sirens, vehicles and people yelling. I figured I would see if there was something here to help me and as soon as I pressed play on your video I began to cry. I miss it so much. Thank you for posting. It is helping. E
Your story almost made me cry too... It's a pitty that you had to leave the countryside, because, for me, it is a way more natural environment for us humans - the environment that we are designed to live in. Not the agressive concrete madness... I really hope that more and more people realise just how incredibly important for our wellbeing nature is will start modifying and recreating cities to incorporate as much of it as possible and as less of the noisy, stressful and toxic traffic as possible. And with the increase of online jobs, I hope that more people will be moving to live back into the countryside where they would create vibrant and lively communities... I hope so... In the meantime I am glad that these videos help you get some of the relaxing and healing benefits that real nature experience does. Hug from me
Nothing is permanent in life. You might be in a noisy city now, but surely later you will have a choice to move back closer to nature in the countryside. Even if you cannot make that decision now, later you family may or surely you will have that opportunity for yourself as situations changes. Just don't forget your love of nature. In the meantime you can find small versions of nature even in the city. even having indoor plants will help. Don't feel too bad and keep on loving nature.
As a child I used to rise before dawn to fish in a lake beside my home. These sounds are so evocative of the peace and tranquility I felt in my soul at that time as I sat and watched the sun rise, listening to the birds sing. Did I always catch something? Did I care! Thanks for the memory.
This is one of the very best nature videos that I've ever found! A perfect combination of gentle bird and insect sounds and a relaxing and visually enchanting view .
I love this so relaxing and peaceful. Helps to even lower my blood pressure when things are not going to well. Early in the morning I can hear these bird songs out my backyard.
Me too....living in the woods...in a amazing wood cabin with lots of indoor plants you go outside you have a view of a lake....you have no traffic no city stuff grow your own veggies and tea read lots of books and war novels in The free time....I would want a microscope to do some research and be close to God by praying everyday....and have at least 3 dogs....thats how I wanna live but unfortunately I can't.....I am sorry I kinda got carried away.
Well yeah but it’s just the concept that sounds nice but it’s not going to be special if you experience it every day, plus you’ll have to hunt for food.
Best therapy ever. I spend more money on feeding wildlife than I do groceries. I enjoy watching God's creations every morning. FREE entertainment. This morning, I woke up and started working from home. I poured a cup of coffee and started playing this music in the background on my headphones. As I listened, I placed the warm mug to my forehead and closed my eyes, feeling the warmth of the sun flooding through my window. Thanks for helping to make this morning so peaceful.
I remember, years back around the time when I could still walk my lassie collie across the meadow and into the wood.I had had a spinal operation and was still recovering. I entered the shade and peacefulness of the wood and half way through, I was overcome with tiredness.well I walked through to a clearing all lit with sunlight and sat down on an old settee. My dog nestled down at my feet as I closed my eyes and felt the sun bathe me with warmth. Listening to the birdsong One Sound particularly the woodpecker the hollow sound of his drumming was so hypnotic that sighing with the soft gentle breezes in the branches above my head,I breathed and all the stress of past events just left me and I fell asleep. I will never forget the peace of the birdsong. . I later awoke and walked my dog home feeling so rested having left all the post traumas of major spinal surgery behind. This amazing memory is evoked once more listening to your wonderful video. Thank you!
Everytime I hear this video, I find myself asking God to take me home to paradise. You did a very good job here, letting us listen to God's handy work.
My current background music for studying and its perfect. An orchestra of nature. When birds are happily singing loudly, it means they are sensing no danger right now. And that appeals to the primitive part of the human mind, encouraging a more restful and focused state. Thank you for the upload, I see that it is a few years old now but hope you get this message.
oh this is so beautiful! My mother died 4 days ago, and my father died 7 months ago. I am listening to this, and remembering them and how much they loved and respected God's creatures. Thank you.
I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. Don't forget to stay strong during this very confusing time. I wish you only the best in life. My sincere condolences.
The serenity and peace that this video transmits is universal,it doesn't matter what language you speak or which region you belong to,we can all appreciate and enjoy this birdsong together.
I think part of the reason we love this so much is, as a child life was so very simple, with this sound we are transported to that state. Basic needs, simple love, grow old and die. LIFE.
Fantastic! Woke up this morning feeling too tired, sore, & stressed to go out for my usual run in 22 degree weather. Instead, I listened to this while doing some stretching, & now I feel a reset for my day. Thanx!
I am a mental health therapist and I use this in the background of my sessions. It adds such a calming presence to the environment of my office. TheSilentWatcher, you have no idea the difference and impact that you make in the lives of others by offering videos like this. I can feel that in my personal and professional life as well as from reading the comments posted by others. Thank you.
I live in forrest in a small country called Slovenia. It is so peaceful just tosit outside and listen to all the noises of the mother nature. So relaxing.
i love this. my neighbors think i have a bunch of birds in my backyard and they are wondering why the birds are not in there backyards. i love this oasis feeling.
I live in an apartment now, and the people on my floor have all asked what kind of birds I have. I tell them I have no birds, and I could never put a bird in a cage. Two of them said, "WELL, I HEARD A BIRD!" You would think they never opened a window and heard birds. Right now, it's 29 degrees F. outside, and the sounds of birds (which I do not play loudly) annoy these folks. I don't understand them. I always had bird feeders, bird houses for nesting, and had plenty of birds in my years, just as my dad did all of his short life. I don't understand people who don't like the sound of birds.
I have my fan on my face, headphones on listening to the rain feels like I'm in middle of a rainforest all bundled up in my blankets! Best feeling ever! Goodnight
It's just perfect, thank you for creating this lovely illusion of sitting on a river bank watching the water flowing by and listening to the birds. We used to take all that for granted, but not anymore I'm afraid - personally, I haven't been to a place like that for 14 years.
Thank you, Violetta! :) It's a pleasure for me to share this beauty and peace and to know that it helps others. You are always welcome to visit Bulgaria and enjoy this beauty in real life and spring is the best time to do that. Contact me if you are interested and I will explain where exactly it is :) Have a nice day!
I wish I could be there. I grew up in the countryside, living close to forests and mountains. I spent there most of my life. I recently had to move to London and the anxiety from noisy cars and people is killing me. This video is really helpful. Brings back my memories.
this helps a lot with my cockatiel when he gets really anxious. calms him down right away. it is also very relaxing for me to. love hearing the different kinds of birds!
I love to hear authentic Northern European birdsong! I "layer" this over easy listening music based on European fantasy and folklore, like the Fietcher Brothers' collections of elf and fairy music.
I love classical music and love to listen to it all the times, but wow! This shows me the sounds of nature is even more beautiful. I will be listening to it now on.
Just want to tell you dear "The SilentWatcher" , that this video plays often in background in my space either alone or with some of my favorites songs in the foreground. Found it years ago while studying...than rediscovered it lately.....Sooooo Much Gratitude to you for sharing these beautiful songs from those little divine creatures that make our world a magical place! They bring so much joy to my heart! Merci!
I am studying next to my aquarium, listening to the low humming noise of the aquarium pump and the sound of water bubbling out from it. And I thought, this would be better with bird sounds. So I searched for this and totally worth it!
We have a bit of a bird problem in northern Thailand as it's too hot, so I don't often see or hear birds. When I put this up though, birds come to sit on my tree and sing along. I love it.
my birds in the Uk have gone silent due to their annual moult, so it's been super quiet for weeks now. I was sitting on my patio with my laptop reading an ebook and I played this and after only 10 mins the songbirds started to sing again :)
Playing this for my mom who has terminal cancer, she is from a rural area from Mexico where you can here birds every single day and we are in USA right now. So she can feel like she's at home.
I live on Vancouver Island in a rural area across the road from the woods. I walk my dog in the woods everyday and no longer hear any birdsong. It is deathly quiet. I find it so depressing that so many songbirds have died. Loss of habitat and pesticide use is the cause. It hurts my heart. I now have to listen to beautiful recordings like this to hear them. How sad is this! Thank you for posting :)
If people love nature, why do they buy wild birds and cage them for life? The trappers, smugglers and "pet" stores make money from all of that, but it should be illegal. If you like the bird songs, let them be free in their homeland. And by the way, DESTINY FLAR, we are all going to die. "It's appointed unto men once to die, and after that the judgment." Hebrews 9:27 ~~January 25, 2017~~
Destiny Flar don't worry a lot of people still do. I live in the Netherlands and have to heard sheeps with a dog through the forest. I do it for free because my payment is nature. People drain each other's energy but nature gives it back
The birds chiripit, doing amazing relief and relaxation for my parents, who are emobilized at bed. Thank you so much for this beautiful and helpful video 🙏🌳🐦🐥🙏
This is heaven. Could listen to it forever. Birds singing is my favourite sound after wind in the tree branches. Thanks for the peacefullness this has brought me! 💚
It's 8pm at my place and there's a bird standing at the window grill. I think it might be lost the way back home and it's just keep on chirping with me. I don't know how to talk with it, so I just come to this video to let the bird feel like he is at home. :) Thank you so much for the video.
Love the birds singing....sweetest music. Wonderful way to start meditation and relax. Wish that was my backyard and I was sitting there listening to it.
Thank you so much for the video. I was blessed to spend the summer working at a job in the woods which was the most peaceful, spiritual experience of my life. Since August I'm back in the city and it feels like a small piece of me was left there with the redwoods. This video took me back so easily, thank you 🙏🏽
listening to birds is so bittersweet to me... it's so refreshing yet so sadly nostalgic. It almost reminds me of being child at a local park in the summer with everything in the world being so simple.
I suffer from depression and any time it hits me i play this sound and remember about my great grandmother and the good times before she died and it helps me so much
I know nothing about Bulgaria but it looks pretty. I hear the cuckoo really clearly. At early dawn this morning I heard an Eagle Owl near our house (Middle East) - it was so clear in the dawn air. A pair of them comes every winter to the same place.
Flippin love this! This is my "go to" video for the sound when I am at work - need to have some ambient sound but nothing distracting like music... Staff always comment or wonder why the birds are so loud outside! Nice!
I am a writer and I have this open every day as I work. I find the ones with music distracting as well, but there is something about the birds, the shades of green and the water that allow you to stay in a creative loop. I can't imagine working without it. I also love how it goes onto the next video in the series once it ends, but when I notice that it has, I always bring it back to this one.
+TheSilentWatcher next to thank you and the birds I`d like to say thank you to the Creator that he created the birds with their beautiful voice and that he supported you with the aptitude to make that wonderful arrangement to please us ;-) tx Silentwatcher! :)
I get SAD (seasonal affective disorder) fairly significantly (in Michigan). This video/audio is AMAZING for calming me down and snapping me right out of that funk. I'm a nature person, in the woods hiking at least 3 days/week but in the winter its more challenging to get out there regularly. This vid should be called "SAD therapy." For real.
Sarah Sawan Sarah I wonder if the sound of the water might have been uncomfortable for them...too loud? Too soft? Something like that? Maybe they didn't like the birds...??? Who knows hon we all have our different tastes...u know? 😀✌👍🏼🌷 Jessie

Exactly 💯 especially city life with extreme sound pollution!
My dad used to 'talk' to the birds by whistling to them and copying their song. When I hear bird song, especially blackbirds it reminds me of him.

I think part of the reason we love this so much is, as a child life was so very simple, with this sound we are transported to that state. Basic needs, simple love, grow old and die. LIFE.
So nice to hear such a beautiful appreciation of nature (your's!) and so nice to hear the beautiful birdsong. I hope you are feeling much better.
life isnt simple for every kid, for a lot, life is cruel and bitter,
Fantastic! Woke up this morning feeling too tired, sore, & stressed to go out for my usual run in 22 degree weather. Instead, I listened to this while doing some stretching, & now I feel a reset for my day. Thanx!
It's a beautiful day outside....
Birds are singing....
Flowers are blooming....
No

on these days kids like you
What would a gorilla do?
The birds gave a marvelous performance. Well done and thank you.
I really appreciate this: water, nor 'running' but 'rippling" birds, trees, cool shad, moss, ferns
Thank you.
🙏😊
I live in forrest in a small country called Slovenia. It is so peaceful just tosit outside and listen to all the noises of the mother nature. So relaxing.
Hii friend
Best wishes
Must be so beautiful there.
awesome ...I will come in your country 🇮🇳from india
I love forests
Will you merrie me?
I bet it’s more satisfying than on a beach house in Malibu listening to the waves
I listened to the whole thing while reading and doing homework. What a relaxing sound, it makes me feel safe. I love nature.❤
Nothing better to have to chill out. Listening to birds, watching them does it for me. I listen to this at work - ear phones on. Nature- the ultimate.
🌿✨️🦚
i love this. my neighbors think i have a bunch of birds in my backyard and they are wondering why the birds are not in there backyards. i love this oasis feeling.
Stacey nassilyn LOL same
Stacey nassilyn thats funny
Very funny dear
I have my fan on my face, headphones on listening to the rain feels like I'm in middle of a rainforest all bundled up in my blankets! Best feeling ever! Goodnight
I play this in my workroom, and sometimes the birds outside respond to the calls! And I love that your videos are in real time. They are wonderful.
It’s never too late to go back to that my friend, all you need is hard work
I wish I could be there. I grew up in the countryside, living close to forests and mountains. I spent there most of my life. I recently had to move to London and the anxiety from noisy cars and people is killing me. This video is really helpful. Brings back my memories.
Hi Vanita
this helps a lot with my cockatiel when he gets really anxious. calms him down right away. it is also very relaxing for me to. love hearing the different kinds of birds!
Magical...awesome.....Lovely.....soulful ... a must....how lonely we are without nature and other living creatures !!!
Listening to the sound of birds in the forest and the clear stream of water makes us calm and relaxed. to help those who have trouble sleeping, succes
you are right my friend! no stress just nature, love health and happinessS!!!!!!!!
I love to hear authentic Northern European birdsong! I "layer" this over easy listening music based on European fantasy and folklore, like the Fietcher Brothers' collections of elf and fairy music.
Hi Katia
Gods choir:) lovely to listen to as I'm working.
A great outdoors simulator for when you're in quarantine.
lmao
True
Theres birds chirping outside my house and its relaxing
Lol
True dat
My pet bird loves to hear this sound . It seems pleasant and she chirp with the sound . If my bird loves this i love this too.
Hi shanvi
I love classical music and love to listen to it all the times, but wow! This shows me the sounds of nature is even more beautiful. I will be listening to it now on.
Thank you, this is great to have in the background while reading the Bible! 😎❤️
Merci!
Thank you so much for your lovely comment and appreciation! :)))
No loop?! That is rare....Very nice...peaceful nature....Much thanks for your great gift of joy!!!
+Acharya Bharat The audio is not looped, but the video is :)
ya too good to be true
no loop?
+guerra e paz paz e guerra the sound is a real time recording and no loop, the video is looped.
+Bryan Agostini Thank you so much for your appreciation! :)
Отличные лесные звуки. Особенно хорошо их слушать зимой и осенью. Спасибо создателям этого 120 минутного полёта в лето!
I love it.
Sounds wonderful :)
plenty birds,,HOES
my birds in the Uk have gone silent due to their annual moult, so it's been super quiet for weeks now. I was sitting on my patio with my laptop reading an ebook and I played this and after only 10 mins the songbirds started to sing again :)
Fascinating! They have gone quiet here too :)
My birds love this I also have found classical guitar music outside will also bring wild birds around and they like it when we sing as well.
I listen to this during my quiet meditation time in the morning. Puts me in another place. Love it!
Playing this for my mom who has terminal cancer, she is from a rural area from Mexico where you can here birds every single day and we are in USA right now. So she can feel like she's at home.
Hi Karina
I live on Vancouver Island in a rural area across the road from the woods. I walk my dog in the woods everyday and no longer hear any birdsong. It is deathly quiet. I find it so depressing that so many songbirds have died. Loss of habitat and pesticide use is the cause. It hurts my heart. I now have to listen to beautiful recordings like this to hear them. How sad is this! Thank you for posting
:)
I want to live this all💫
All these comments and prove humans still love nature..Atleast some. But if we dont woork together too save this beautiful planet..we'd die.
Carol Wade damm straight humanity is cruel
yes it is true, human need nature but nature never need us, human destroy nature is like the human destroy their own life
Destiny Flar so right darling
Destiny Flar don't worry a lot of people still do. I live in the Netherlands and have to heard sheeps with a dog through the forest. I do it for free because my payment is nature. People drain each other's energy but nature gives it back
Някакси веднага познах,че това си е нашата българска природа....
И аз блгодаря! :))
The birds chiripit, doing amazing relief and relaxation for my parents, who are emobilized at bed.
Thank you so much for this beautiful and helpful video 🙏🌳🐦🐥🙏
I like listening to these when I'm home alone. It helps me calm and rest. Also the night forest sounds are nice when I listen to it at night!
+Dream Cartoons I am really glad to know that :)
Why are people disliking???this is lovely, thank you
I find it really strange when people give thumbs down for such a beautiful scene and sounds, whats wrong with them??🤔
@@allyw1364 ikr like they searched for the video
Bots. Never mind, RUclips removed dislike display anyway. But it's good to know those were not people but programmes. Namaste. 🙏
Hi Marie
Absolutely beautiful, so relaxing, love the sound of nature ❤❤
I walk in a forest often but as it is Andalucia I miss the bird song of an English woodland. Lovely soundscape.
English birds are screechers.
Helped to quiet my kitties on a road trip. Thank you for posting this!
Ear phones on, at the office, i can imagine myself with nature. love it!
This is heaven. Could listen to it forever. Birds singing is my favourite sound after wind in the tree branches. Thanks for the peacefullness this has brought me! 💚
Thanks for the appreciation :)
I just spent two months in the Dominican Republic, where bird song is a whole-day thing, and am missing it so much! So lovely to have this instead.
Hi vaska
Need a cottage built right there. Thanks much for this magnificent display of nature.😍
It's my pleasure :)
The problem is the building of your cottage will scare all the birds away! Tent better
Good Old Day's then the construction would scare the birds off😐
It's 8pm at my place and there's a bird standing at the window grill. I think it might be lost the way back home and it's just keep on chirping with me. I don't know how to talk with it, so I just come to this video to let the bird feel like he is at home. :) Thank you so much for the video.
Hi Wong
Love the birds singing....sweetest music. Wonderful way to start meditation and relax. Wish that was my backyard and I was sitting there listening to it.
Love this..! Human being need nature..it is soul juice
I love this. You should listen to this while you're reading a book it makes you feel like you're in the book!
Водная гладь, пение птиц! Действительно успокаивает! Благодарю!
i feel a sense of nostalgia and i can't stop crying
I kinda get a sad feeling from this too, mainly bc it's winter and I miss spring. I'm with you
same
Baby lol
@@echoten4124 same here! looking forwards to Springtime!
🤗
Thank you so much for the video. I was blessed to spend the summer working at a job in the woods which was the most peaceful, spiritual experience of my life. Since August I'm back in the city and it feels like a small piece of me was left there with the redwoods. This video took me back so easily, thank you 🙏🏽
listening to birds is so bittersweet to me... it's so refreshing yet so sadly nostalgic. It almost reminds me of being child at a local park in the summer with everything in the world being so simple.
i can relate to this so much. i feel like I'm a toddler again going to sleep on a summer night with the windows open...
I'm Australian/British and this reminds me of being back in England during the summer months
Hi
I suffer from depression and any time it hits me i play this sound and remember about my great grandmother and the good times before she died and it helps me so much
while listening to this and reading comment , my pancakes got burnt and i dont regret it.
🤣🤣🤣

I know nothing about Bulgaria but it looks pretty. I hear the cuckoo really clearly.
At early dawn this morning I heard an Eagle Owl near our house (Middle East) - it was so clear in the dawn air. A pair of them comes every winter to the same place.
Hi Margaret
I don't think human beings were meant to go without the sounds of nature for very long. This makes me feel way better :)
Flippin love this! This is my "go to" video for the sound when I am at work - need to have some ambient sound but nothing distracting like music... Staff always comment or wonder why the birds are so loud outside! Nice!
+Stu Robson I am really glad :)
That's hilarious!
Such a thing would not be tolerated in any office I've ever worked in. People need to concentnrate on their work. It's not ethical.
I am a writer and I have this open every day as I work. I find the ones with music distracting as well, but there is something about the birds, the shades of green and the water that allow you to stay in a creative loop. I can't imagine working without it. I also love how it goes onto the next video in the series once it ends, but when I notice that it has, I always bring it back to this one.
everyone in my home is too loud for me to concentrate on my studies. this sound is just perfect . love it.
Beautiful view and singing birds how wonderful it is!
THANK YOU. I like the 'no loop'.
It's my pleasure :)
I think there is a loop. I see the same bug crossing the stream.
The "no loop" and most of the title refers to the sound. The video is a loop.
Just trying get some sleep it is a place I wish I could be
Lovely nature hai hena😘😘😘😘😘😘😀😀😀
Nothing more relaxing than birds singing... thank you
+T4AVideos my pleasure :) Thanks to the birds singing in the forest!
+TheSilentWatcher next to thank you and the birds I`d like to say thank you to the Creator that he created the birds with their beautiful voice and that he supported you with the aptitude to make that wonderful arrangement to please us ;-)
tx Silentwatcher!
Thank you so much for this flawless and most comforting video. I am not outside much. This video brings nature and the birds inside with me.👍
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for your feedback and appreciation! :)
I listen to this on days when the birds aren’t singing outside. Love it
The beautiful sounds from the beautiful nature bestowed upon us all. ❤ Thank you
The 528 people who disliked this video...like bruh...are you not from planet Earth?
Sarah Sawan Sarah I wonder if the sound of the water might have been uncomfortable for them...too loud? Too soft? Something like that? Maybe they didn't like the birds...??? Who knows hon we all have our different tastes...u know? 😀✌👍🏼🌷
Jessie
Those footsteps are kinda creepy... maybe that gets thumbs down
@@1000YearBeard Footsteps??
Fact: many people hate nature. It's not for nothing they destroy it.
They are city dwellers
Love this! Human beings need Nature - it's Soul food! Great job on the recording ~ Thank you !!
