It is quite good, if not a little overpowered. Main weapon is quite strong, but may take getting used to.
Special Module is very effective, and has a gravity pull towards the target if it is within 8000m(?).
While the refit slots are a bit odd, and no ship crit stat, its possible this can have other good builds.

Nice one. Seems an energy converter is a much better option than a multiphase, though not sure how well it works with that weapon.
