  • Well it is a bit of a story, but I will try to make it as short as I can. Ordered food 8:42pm, says delivery between 9:10 & 9:30. App states driver at counter waiting on restaurant around 9:00pm. I call restaurant @ 9:35pm, they advise food has been ready since before 9:00pm, however no driver has come to collect it. I have advised I am cancelling the order and do NOT give the driver the food under any circumstances. I also advised I am a loyal customer, a RUclipsr & a Google reviewer so they should not under any circumstances give the order to the driver as I would post negative feedback on them if they did. Hence this short video showing the result. Hangry this morning, $47 down and nothing to show for it. Final delivery attempt was closer to 10pm.........
    ***Update*** Menulog in their wisdom have contacted me and effectively told me to go away. They have my money, I never got the food. So I suppose they reward their slack delivery driver with the food I paid for.
    ***Update*** I have never been back to 22 Yards, and continue to tell everyone how terrible this experience was.
