Apparently Dimash asked if he was competing against kids & they told him no. As we know he is a big supporter of young artists, his younger siblings are. He was going against the from his country and from India. I salute him for doing such a remarkable act. To turn down a million dollars so a younger child can have a chance of winning. Thanks so much for your channel and your heart. Dimash is a Breath of Fresh Air. I completely agree with his decision and I am godly proud of him. Dimash may have walked away from a title and a million dollars. But, he left with his integrity and soul intact. Dimash's culture does not allow competition between children and adults. The adults are mentors who encourage, pave the way, and open doors for the youth. I greatly respect that and feel saddened that American culture is so jaded, selfish, and materialistic that we are more interested in ratings than integrity. Dimash asked if he would be competing against children before agreeing to participate in the competition and to his horror, he would have been competing against 2 children. He kept his principles and chose to walk away. DIMASH IS A WINNER INSIDE AND OUT!!! He has a great future ahead. I was ashamed of the way the judges reacted to his decision to step out of the competition. I hope it doesn't leave a sour taste in his mouth about America as a whole. I hope he has met enough wonderful sensitive people like the James, the host, and come back to the US on tour. He has many many fans here. If anything, they love him even more and have a greater respect for who he is as a person. They cut the song and the comments greatly. People who were in the audience said that they "cut the song" and that there was a lot of drama. Dimash stated that the FIRST question he asked before agreeing to compete was would there be children on the show because he could not compete against children. Before Dimash signed onto The World's Best, he asked if there would be any children. He was told NO. That's why he signed onto the show. None of the contestants knew who else they were competing with until almost the end of the show. In the Kazakh culture, adults don't compete with children. Children are to be nurtured. That is why he left. The World's Best LIED TO HIM.
who told you this? there was a CASTING CALL where it said ALL ACTS INVITE TO PERFORM and children were invited too...my god people...Maybe the translators or whomever his handlers were/are ...are to blame for the fiasco of having to quit a competition on the last day...when it was clear HE WOULD WIN...i love Dimash but demonizing the show or Americans who brought Dimash...to me...for example and many more...its IGNORANT as well...
People who were at the recording have stated what actually happened. There’s a video from Gia Noortes, the Kazakh judge, and she tells what really happened and what was cut. They edited this show so much, it’s ridiculous. Dimash respectfully reminded RuPaul that he specifically asked if he would have to compete against children before signing on to the show and they said no. They also kept the contestants isolated so they didn’t know against whom they were competing but Dimash accidentally ran into Daneliya and they figured out that they were both on the show at some point right before this. You can find an interview where Daneliya talks about this. Dimash’s culture does not promote competition with children but rather that he, as an adult, is a mentor and role model who should support children. He had previously sponsored Daneliya to sing in Ukraine so he knows her well and wishes the best for her. Being on this show was never about winning money or a title or proving that he is “the world’s best”. He’s very humble. He simply wants to share his love of music and the culture of his country with the rest of the world. His music is bringing people together.

And that's exactly what would have happened if he won! There would be horrible constraining contracts afterwards and they'd probably tried to make him their personal wh*re! So sorry about foul language, but that's how it works and he got what he came for, exposure, and he wriggled his way out of a really bad situation and did it in the most honourable way possible.
I don’t think I have ever seen Dimash mad. Though that death stare they showed was obviously before the cut part of his comments. Dimash did what his heart and culture told him too. Very humble and honourable young man. The world could use more like him.

The children are under drugs an will be murdered at least. He didn´t do what they wanted to force him, but he is informed, that this little kid was murdered . His video where he gave this information is from 7.8.2017. I think this wouldn´t be the best place for an artist like Dimash and it´s better to stay in Asia. He has million Dears in China and many other countries all over the globe.
And the KZ judge said it's their culture not to compete against children so for him it was the right thing to do, I totally respect Dimash for this and to be honest, he didn't/doesn't need this show, he's the best anyway :)

Maryjane Mckenrick you know, i watched so many reactions to this performance and Dimash’s speech, I read comments and 100% of these comments from Americans were in support of Dimash, his decision and his culture. We can’t judge ALL Americans by this show. Disrespect, ignorance and prejudice applies to specific people on the show or show itself. Let’s not judge whole country just because there are few stupid people represent it... many thanks to all American dears for support, love and respect to Dimash and his culture, his principles and pure soul.
What a fine young man. He did indeed show his kind spirit and soul by stepping aside, the man that he is did not compete against the children. He has millions of fans in China,Japan,Russa,Italy,France, need I go on? Apparently Faith Hill, RuPaul or Drew Barrymore didn't know how famous Dimash is in the rest of the world or they would have shown him a little more respect. Shame on them.
Drew didn't say anything in what was aired on TV. I haven't heard anything about what the reality was. If what she said was "shocking ", I'm sure that it would have been aired. CBS loves to creatively edit.

The show was a farce! Heavily edited and poorly executed! For example, Dimash responded to RuPaul's comment about knowing what he was getting into but that was cut out! Shame on those responsible for this circus of a show! Shame on CBS for airing it! I'm upset at the disrespect shown to Dimash and his culture by the judges and the entertainment industry! And I'm disheartened by so many comments bashing America/Americans because of this travesty! Dimash is a wonderfully talented singer/performer! He is so unique and deserves better than TWB! Faith wants to compare the intimidation of performing after Adele or Whitney to this. Two totally different scenarios. He was competing against two kids.... Daneliya and Lydian. Faith was not competing. RuPaul was just an ass. James Corden was the only one that handled the situation with grace. I fully respect Dimash and support his decision. Целый год ждать конкурс....чтоб потом не дать полноценно выступить талантам, но по 10 минут выслушивать не совсем профессионалов..... Одним словом у них все еще хуже чем мы думали....
Песни все были исполнены полностью.Телевидение все вырезало.Вырезан диалог между Димашем и судьями,где он говорит о том,что не знал что в проекте будут учавствовать дети.Что перед подписанием контракта на участие,он задавал этот вопрос и не был осведомлен.Каждого участника снимали по-отдельности.Своих соперников,Димаш увидел только в полуфинале.Честь и достоинство-вот его критерии.Горжусь безмерно!

This is what I interpreted when seeing this clip, and especially when he responded with: "it's an honor to perform for you and this is not out of my ego I'm doing this. / hence leaving" Dimash has reached beyond the realms of being a singer and found a much deeper purpose with his singing, you can also sense it happened a long time ago and now he is simply sharing the vision of beyond realm, but not even the "worlds best" can understand where he stands mentally, because they have never have reached this peak, they haven't transcended. "Once you become the best, you're standing at the top, alone."
Best thing to happen to Dimash. The network would control him as to when, where or even what he sings. They can even own music rights. So good he quit. The network was all about greed and money and better he didn't sell his soul to them for a million dollars. What a fine young man. He did indeed show his kind spirit and soul by stepping aside, the man that he is did not compete against the children. Целый год ждать конкурс....чтоб потом не дать полноценно выступить талантам, но по 10 минут выслушивать не совсем профессионалов..... Одним словом у них все еще хуже чем мы думали....
Песни все были исполнены полностью.Телевидение все вырезало.Вырезан диалог между Димашем и судьями,где он говорит о том,что не знал что в проекте будут учавствовать дети.Что перед подписанием контракта на участие,он задавал этот вопрос и не был осведомлен.Каждого участника снимали по-отдельности.Своих соперников,Димаш увидел только в полуфинале.Честь и достоинство-вот его критерии.Горжусь безмерно!

The network was all about greed and money and better he didn't sell his soul to them for a million dollars.
