Investigation: Following the incident, the FAA ordered a mishap investigation, grounding Starship until the inquiry was complete. SpaceX indicated that the primary issue might have been an oxygen/fuel leak causing pressure build-up beyond the vent capacity.
Despite the ship's failure, the successful booster return was a significant milestone, providing valuable data for future missions. SpaceX emphasized that learning from these tests is crucial for improving Starship's reliability
