Thanks for doing this. I’m having an issue getting the throttle, prop, and mixture show up in a linear way. It’s just treating it as a button on or off and they are all three unresponsive in flight. I’ve watched several videos on this and am stumped. Hopefully an update tomorrow will fix my issues. I also downloaded the driver from Honeycomb’s website and it did nothing as far as the lights go.
Be sure that you are binding the throttle levers to the axis function, and be sure you are using a clean profile. I've heard of many cases where there was a bind messing with their new programming
Thanks for your video! I have set up the bravo , my yolk and my rudders but once I try to fly the plane. It seems to only be controlled by my keyboard. What am I missing here?
The best thing I would recommend is to make sure all of your devices are recognized in both windows and the sim. Then make sure that all your to file are saved and you’re using the correct profiles
Very helpful, some stuff I had already worked out, but some I hadn't. I will revisit my settings tonight. Would be great if you could follow this up with the other possible configurations. Happy New Year.
how to adjust the feather for prop, I have tried every feather button but it doesnt feather in the sim. Also the ta/go around button has no response to any key binding when pressed and the landing gear dont work in the piper arrow 3. I dont know why after spending so much money one still has to troubleshoot a product out of the box for not working as intended.
Do you need to install any program for it able to work? I followed exactly what you taught but it didn't work. My one all the buttons work except throttle, pitch and mixture. Can you help me? I have tried many way. My version is 1.14.5.0
When I program thrust, prop or mixture going from "top to bottom" and validate, I'm not seeing an option appear like you do to click reverse axis. Any tips?
@@wallyrodaviation thanks so much for your quick reply! I actually discovered the manage preset button and clicked on that and click to create a new profile and that's what I needed to do in order for the reverse axis option to appear. So now all is well and I've been able to program everything just as you described in your video :-) thanks so much again!
Nice vid. Got mine a week ago. All levers are not properly working. In game the Throttle/prop/mix all jump around when moved rather than a smooth movement. Functions properly through windows controller settings so it's a MSFS20 setting I think. Rebinding doesn't help. Everything else works but togo button and the levers not calibrated or something.
@@andrewmorris3479 Go into options. And pull up the lever you’re dealing with and clear the entry and validate it go back into that same lever click to scan and move your lever to re-bind. That was my fix
@@andrewmorris3479 It should work. I would clear the entry (lever) and imediatly scan and rebind but not validating after the first clear for some reason made like it wanted to work and would have a -/+ on the axis and it should not have that...just a letter. And it would act like a button so I thought I did it correct and something else was wrong. Once done on the default I started copying to single engine multi engine and so on, Love it now.
Hello! I don’t know if this is happening to any of you, but I have a problem when playing the landing challenges with my honeycomb, I hace all the buttons as if it was everything in the airplane on, and when I enter the challenge everything is off, the engine, avionics so I need to turn on everything and it is very stressful to that in every attempt. If any one can help I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks.
For GA shouldn't "forward" be "more thrust"? I'm confused on which way these should go. Of course for a Cessna for instance, the push pull would work opposite, but these arent push pulls...
Thanks for the Video i need some help when setting up the Bravo Throttle Quadrant everything looks good but once i try to fly the controls work in reverse, when i push the lever to increase power the lever goes down to decrease power.
do you know if the FLYBYWIRE neo has things like anti-ice modeled and working? I don't want to bind all the anti-ice stuff and other stuff if it's not all modeled with actual flight characteristics. It IS modeled as far as rendered and the buttons are working up on the overhead panel, but do they make a difference to the airplane's functionality ? Hopefully someone knows the answer. I think maybe x-plane in the only one where stuff like Wing and Engine Anti-Ice actually affect the airplane
Thanks for the video! I was lucky enough to get a Bravo and it arrived today. As a new flight simmer, these setup videos are very useful.
Very nice video. I've watched several video's on how to set this up in 2020 and you for me that is was the best on how to set this up.
Very but very clear, thanks a lot, and....you do it slowly enough!!!
Excellent. Thanks sooo much.
Excellent explanation
This is great, just one thing… you were going so so fast i had to backup the video so many times.

Thank you for the tutorial, I don't have elevator trim Up or Down, only elevator trim axis (0 to 100 ) and Set elevator Trim? Cheers

Make sure you bind them to the axis binds, make sure the usb connection is secure, make sure you are connected to a sub 3.0

My best guess would be to check you are binding it to the "axis" function. Also be sure you are binding the throttle to the correct functions

You have to bind CRS on VOR OBS. Is working fine with me.
the biggest problem is there is no way to see WHERE your trim is...no trim indicator on the throttle assesmbly....

Underneath the bind for the function there should be a reverse axis box to check, make sure that is checked off in order for proper function
