Many folks blasted the server in question for boasting about and recording this interaction over a copyright lawsuit. Yung Miami hasn't said much about her alleged involvement in the Diddy accusations, but it turns out that she apparently has other legal issues to deal with. Moreover, a lawsuit server recently recorded the before and during process of serving her with a copyright infringement lawsuit from the "Act Bad" brand at her recent pool party in Houston. "Okay," you can presumably hear the City Girl exclaim after he handed her the papers and quickly walked away. Many folks in the comments section of the video below remarked how this is questionable recording from a process server, and whether or not it should constitute significant action against him from his employers or otherwise.

You can be served anywhere, anytime when it comes to a lawsuit. He wasn’t out of line. If they can come to your house, they can definately catch you in public. He wasn’t out of line or obnoxious.

No it is not a testament of her fortitude. It is a testament of her ignorance, of not knowing when a person attempts to hand you papers in public, the person is more than likely getting served. I have no problem with the way he chose to do it. More process servers will probably follow suit. Now the person can’t say “your honor, I was never served.” 🤔

The lawsuit is accusing her of promoting & profiting off of somebody's brand & merchandise.

I highly doubt that they care about her privacy.considering she’s out partying knowing she’s being investigated?? She shows absolutely no concern or remorse in regards to privacy in the eyes of the law. It’s all gonna be used against her in court.

He was not out of line. Infact , he simply filmed the process.
I’m a Paralegal, I don’t see anything wrong w/ when, where or how he served her. Video tapping was part of his proof of service. (e.g. he fill out & submit his Proof of Service to the court. On the court date she don’t show up, later she contests the default Judgement stating she was never served. He submits proof and the Judgement stand. Now that it’s public she will appear, because she know’s it’s viral.
