    Just wondering how you get the athletic greens delivered to hk? I’ve tried ordering from them in the past but it seems like they don’t deliver to hk 😢

      We use a freight forwarding service to buy things which don't ship to HK. We bite the bullet and eat the additional cost for things we really want but can't get here

    random question HAHA but most people don't usually cook with gloves on at home and I saw Lloyd switching between gloves and no gloves 😂 As a budding cook, curious to know if there was there a special reason why gloves would be better?

      No particular reason, I just picked up the habit from my time in F&B and enjoy using gloves to prevent my hands being wet all the time when I have a lot of prep/washing to do!

    Random but - how do you deal with smoke alarms, or the smoke that fills your flat from the wok? That's the primary deterrent to me using a wok, even though I know it's such a great tool.

      We keep the kitchen window open and leave the door to the living room closed. Our exhaust is quite bad in the kitchen, but that usually does the trick for us!

      Not really - though there were some challenging moments when we first started working with each other. As a couple, we're better off as a result of overcoming those challenges now though!

    It would be great if we could just get rid of all soy in food and cooking. No soy sauce, no soy of any kind. soy should not be in your body ever. Very bad stuff.

    Wow such a chef!! May I ask where did you get the secret hot pot sauce go with the beef?

      It's homemade! We started making our own hot pot base since we craved Szechuan cooking but didn't want to use the store bought ones (which are made with lower quality vegetable oils)

    Is there a wok you would recommend that’s available in the US? It seems like such a versatile kitchen tool!

      Anything without a chemical coating on it is great - Amazon should have a number of options. Generally, carbon steel or iron woks work well (carbon steel being a lighter option). They take a little bit of maintenance, and it's best to season them before every use like we do in the video, but definitely one of our favorite kitchen tools!
