Praise Him always! Sobbing in my car, praising as my former college minister, in his late 60s, is in the ICU with covid, on a ventilator, unresponsive to all treatments- so far. My best friend (who I met in 2016 through him) found out about this, and called me yesterday afternoon. He would tell us all to praise, and pray, but not to worry- He knows God holds all things together. For His glory.

This song spoke to me in a way that, as a child you are in awe of your dad (mom too) when he brings home something you've been wanting, craving and itching to have. Am in awe of God for his gift of eternal life through Christ who overcame death meant for me and you.
As a worship leader, I love that this song is so Christ focused and points to him and less about us!!! It is a song of hope and faith! LOVE IT!!!! Too many of the the current songs being sung in church are way too focused on self. Thank you Passion!

However, I do still feel that in corporate worship times our focus should be more on Him and who He is. Just my personal opinion.

What's even more beautiful and poetic about is that our Saviour Yeshua spoke these words on what day of the week? Biblical days didnt have a name but a number: it was the 6th day of the week.
