I shall add some of my knowledge. For Projection of lines consider it like Hp like X-axis and Vp like Y-axis. If the point is told to be above Hp that it means it is measurement of distance in the Y-axis that is Vp. If the point is told to be infront of Vp then it is the measurement of distance of the point in X-axis which is Hp. While drawing consider Hp being rotated by 90° in the clockwise direction. So we will draw the line downwards. This is a small explanation but there's still more on it. But for beginners this explanation will be helpful. Thank you
