It will go well in gin or light rum sours like daiquiri or bee's knees. I am working on a new recipe based on Pisco. It will work very well with Cachaca.
I have a question, how about to not to wash strawberies before ferment them? I herd that i kill a lot of bacteries, wich can help to ferment fruits, by washing the surface of the fruits
5:42 i should have explained better to rinse the strawberries 🍓 and not overwash them. My bad. Don't scrub or wash for a long time-just a quick, good rinse in cold water. However, you can also skip this step if the strawberries are clean. When i use strawberries from my garden, i have to rinse them and quickly wash them as there are plenty of insects and slugs, so i need to clean them. Strawberries from the shop should be fine 👍🏼
I went through my lacto-fermentation era, and I was obsessed with it and I tried it on everything... except syrups. Time to get back at it
Syrups are Fab when lacto fermented. It's a different game mixing salty and sweet. Enjoy your fermentation 👍🏼
I love strawberries. Love this
A new way to enjoy strawberries 🍓 and honey 🐝
17:22 I like to hear the fermentation too 😂
Haha 😂 i should have put the microphone 🎤 closer.
Great video! Thank you. Can you get that link for the label maker you mentioned?
Looks very useful!
Thanks for reminding me. I've added the link in the description 👍🏼
Do you have any more suggestions for cocktails where it goes well with?
Sam Cooper makes some good posts
