I don't think he's ever going to promote himself from the Captain rank for one reason. The reason is, he's seeing his self as the returns of Captain Thomas Sankara. For him to keep that respect and that image in the head of his people and people around the world he has to stay at the level of Captain Thomas Sankara, he cannot promote himself above Thomas Sankara. Captain Thomas Sankara, was about his people and not himself, therefore Captain Ibrahim Troure, can not allow himself to seen differently. I think that's why he's not going to do like Now General Asimi Goita, in Mali.
