instead of using layer style’s gradient overlay, using gradient ramp or 4-color gradient as an effect would solve the flickering problem probably ✌️

In Layer Style- Gradient Overlay, Turn OFF -Align with Layer to avoid glitch in the motion.

after updating to 2023 version i stopped using set matt effect and mostly used the alpha matt options in the time line
