I tried replicating this for under $20 total cost. Tastes great but even with small quantity our family of 4 cannot finish em in 3 sittings. Ended up making fried spring rolls with the left overs. We made thin crepes out of eggs and flour instead of commercial lumpia wrapper for the fresh version. Great ideas during the holy week season. You really need to boil, drain and paper towel dry the tofu before adding them in. I recommend lots of chopped dried seaweed (kelp?) or wakame available from chinese groceries. Bean sprout is optional as it easily gets soggy overtime. You can substitute cauliflower stalks for cabbage but the key ingredient is the sweet potatoes - and carrots of course - as it adds dimension to the overall taste. We use chicken bouillon instead of ginisa mix packet. After cooking let it stand on sieve to drain as much sauce there is left of the sauteed veg mix. Gently press if possible but not render it mushy.
