This is famously called the pankey mann schuyler technique... Ample literature available online...

1.semi adjustable articulator
2. deprogram and work with centric relation
3.provide mutually protected occ ..MPO dotes in the back lines in fronts
4.PAAP protocol
P determine VF on posterior
A determine anterior guidance
A make ceramic first also in cementation
P ceramics last also cemented last
5. do not raise VD arbitrarily .. usually CR is enough
6. concentrate on the ant. guidance it will protect post restorations
7. bisque trail coz ceramic is rough and easy for using articulator
premolars 2 dots
molars best is 4 dots minimum is 2
8.respect neuromuscular .. always muscles whens
9. no shortcuts .. follow the protocol
10. be confident you can. pt will reed through you
