January 2025 or February 2025 i will be getting the Siemens version of this. Gotta say i really am excited about it. Looking forward to futher vids of this machine. That on the right is the 4D jet system. Its a recirculation jet which has its own pump to pump water through during washing. It recirculates the water continuously whenever on and will do a vortex action at 200 or 300rpms while running it. It will also run continuously once temperature is reached and will go in and out of recirculating water . Intensive plus will actually use the jet even more often and increase the spin wash action too.
Hey! Thank you so much for your comment and for clarifying about the recirculation jet. A new camera has been sorted and I'll get round to filming full cycles as soon as I can. I hope you have a great experience with the IQ700, too! 😎
@MLaundry2025 youer welcome 👍😊. That sounds like great news about the camera and set up. And thanks I'm sure I will. I'll definitely have vids up of my IQ700 when I have it.
@@MLaundry2025 Siemens has a specific waterjet cycle called powerspeed59, does bosch have that as well through the app? I'm wondering when the washer uses the waterjet (4d system) and when not. Feels like it isnt using it on the cotton cycle, or am i wrong? (wondering if it has to do with temperature or load capacity)
@TaelonSHU Hey! Thank you so much for your comment. Regarding the Cotton cycle, I'm really not sure but I will get back to you on that. What I have definitely seen though is that it uses the recirculation jet *a lot* on the Mixed Load cycle and both Super Quick cycles. Even when the load is low, the jet recirculates whatever water is in the drum and the clothes are constantly saturated 😎
@@MLaundry2025 thanks for the answer, yeah i saw a cycle a fast/mix load with intense plus(+30m washing) and siemens powerspeed59. Based on that it seems very similarly. The mix load uses water jet more and does 2 longer rinses while powerspeed does 3 short rinses. I guess powerspeed59 is more marketing against miele and aeg powerwash 49/59 cycle and siemens/bosch have a perception of a bit longer cycles on cotton (when you dont use variospeed) Im getting the newer version of the bosch, theirs some changes it touch screen extra option but they're probably the same through the app.
Great review and very helpful. 🙂 - I don’t think I would need to read the manual much as by watching this video I would know how to use it. I have one question - within settings did you notice if you can change the language?
@@bakedalaska-spice Hey! Thank you for your message and kind comments. The manual for this machine is very thorough so I would still definitely recommend reading the manual to make the most of the machine. Unfortunately my machine had to go back, as I believe the issues I had were due to it being handled poorly during transit, however it is a great machine. I believe the appliance language can be changed through the Home Connect app, once you have set - up the appliance on WiFi. The "basic settings" on the dial don't allow you to change the language directly from the machine, if I remember correctly 😎
Hi.. thanks for your review of your new Bosch.. its nice to see you can vary your temperatures like on cottons . I like 50 degrees, 70, 80 but not many machines give you that option.. im looking forward to you doing some wash programmes.. How's the water consumption as id be disappointed if it isnt very generous especially on rinsing.. I like the fact theyve kept the speed perfect option also.. 😊
@@manomuncher1 Hey! Thank you for your message. The temperature selection in increments of 10 is really nice and it's annoying how most machines don't give you that anymore, yet you can still find a variable selector on the entry level Indesits 😂 The machine is brilliant with rinsing, and selecting the WaterPlus option through the app just adds to that. Very generous water levels and, if PowerRinse is selected, multiple rinses, far more than any previous model I have owned :)
@MLaundry2025 thanks for getting back to me.. I looked on Amazon for that model and almost had a heart attack at the price 🥵 I'll just enjoy your videos 😂😂
@manomuncher1 No worries at all, I try and reply as much as I can 😎 Ahhhh you're very kind! Tell me about it 😂 It was definitely a decision I had to think about carefully with how much these units cost, but given the volume of laundry inside this house and the amount of cycles we do, even with keeping on top of cleaning and maintenance, I knew it was finally time for an upgrade. Everyone is at home from work right now due to Christmas break, so filming a full cycle is near impossible in the immediate future, BUT I will upload as many different shorts as I can, and I'll film a full cycle as soon as I get the opportunity 😄
@@manomuncher1I always paid Miele-Prices, compared to that is a Siemens special Offer 😂. Of Course is a Siemens for 900 or 1000 Bucks much more than a Budget-Machine for only 300,--
Thanks for the reviewing sir, but I am currently facing a problem, when I’m using a fabric softener in 2 and liquid detergent in I-dos 1 at the end of the washing it only uses the softener & not pulling the detergent
@@kaizoku9963 Hello 🤗 Thank you for your comment and nothing to thank me for! I'm sorry to hear about this. You may have already done everything I'm about to mention, but just to be sure: 1. Make sure both tanks are filled up so that the iDos 1 and iDos 2 lights on the display are not flashing 2. Some programs do not allow both iDos 1 and iDos 2 to be used. Ensure that you choose a cycle that allows you to press both iDos 1 and iDos 2 before pressing start. Also, double check that both iDos tanks are only being used with liquids. Powder or any other type of detergent / softener cannot be used in the tanks 3. When both iDos 1 and iDos 2 are selected and you have started the cycle, listen at the beginning of the cycle if the machine is pulling in the detergent. The fabric softener will not be until the end, the detergent is pulled in at the beginning. 4. If none of this is working and all the steps have been followed correctly, I would contact Bosch if the machine is under warranty as there may be a problem with the iDos system I hope it works for you very soon 😎
@MultibillionPoundsterlin-ki2mw Hi there, thank you for your comment. The UK 10KG models only go up to 1400RPM. Some of the 9KG models, not sold in the UK, without iDOS, go up to 1600RPM I believe 😎

What can I do to stop the machine from dancing when it spins to squiz water out from the dress? The dancing and shaking disturbs the entire the house. I really need to fix this 😢
@@rolandasangalatie843 @rolandasangalatie843 Hi there, thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this with your machine. I know that these may sound like very basic questions, but it's just to be absolutely certain - Is the machine levelled properly on the floor and have all four transit bolts been removed?

Hmmmm, we have had several Bosch washing machines but hopefully not all models in their range have got all this gimmickry. This model has gone the same way as car controls nowadays, although admittedly far less dangerous as one is operating a static piece of equipment and one does not have to take one's off the road to operate it! Overall the controls here are very clear but a boot up time of 35 secs is rather ridiculous and as for using WiFi well words fail me. Presumably the latter is not necessary to invoke in order to operate this machine? Don't forget that behind all this is just a washing machine with all the usual problems i.e drum bearings, pipes, filters and water under pressure. I'll pass, thank but Happy New Year.
Hi there! Thank you for your message. I know exactly where you're coming from. When I get around to doing a full review of this machine (hopefully soon), I will speak about the Bosch, too. It's a wonderful machine, but I'm sure that a lot of the problems I had were due to it being thrown around during transit. The long boot - up time does appear counterintuitive, and the technology it adorns far exceeds what is needed for a decent washing machine. I do love the machine, though, but it appears the majority of consistent, happy reviews come from the Serie 2 to Serie 6 machines. I would definitely buy Bosch again, but in a busy house where everyone likes using different detergent and a counter depth that resulted in the machine sticking out a lot, it wasn't the best decision at this time 😀
