It's because of Arthur Smith's Playbook and The Playmakers being so young and talented, it means that he puts up crazy numbers in the sim, which means that his ratings go off, which means that he ends up being good. If you had put any generic Young quarterback who didn't have bad traits into that offense and that playbook, they would develop similarly. It's just how Madden is.
