I visited Huatulco last year after watching your videos and it was incredible.Took a 7 hour bumpy ADO night bus from Oaxaca to Huatulco and it was well worth it. I went to Cancun/Isla Mujeres too but unfortunately didn’t get to try the lobster pizza 😅. Enjoy your time in Thailand Buddy.

Great videos William but those vehicles aren't tuk tuks - they're songthaews. Flat bed trucks with 2 (song) benches. Koh Lan was my day trip place when I lived in Jomtien - many happy memories of Madame Oh on Samae Beach.
What's the name of the best beach on ko lan? the one he said was amazing on the other side if the island.
@@aphotographerspodcast Can't remember which one he mentioned but Samae is the far side of the island. Up & over a really steep hill which gives incredible views back over Pattaya bay. My fav beach of all those on Koh Lan - 1st visited 2005, barely developed. Gorgeous.

I became a certified PADI scuba diver in college yet some of my best experiences have been snorkeling in South Kehei, Maui. Well those sharp thorns and I don't remember how to spell them but while snorkeling a rogue wave pushed my feet and hands into them. No problem really as I stopped at a pharmacy, purchased a sewing needle along with some Epson salts and soaked both feet and hands in warm water for 20 minutes and they were easily removed and of course I was back to the same spot the very next day.
Your companion is a very lovely girl sin dudas! And of course it's always nice to have company on our excursions. I'm sure she's a very nice woman as I trust your judgement, again simply nice to have company, yet, I miss Maria and perhaps so do you as she adds so much to your channel.

I am not sure but I like it so far and everything is very affordable. I agree, had this been Playa Del Carmen and I took a boat to cozumel and had lunch I would have spent 100 dollars
@@williamtaudien That ferry is nowhere near $7 and the $5-$6 hat you got is a joke.. Mexico is as expensive as the US during pre-covid times. I would be in Thailand too, but the time zone doesn't work for me

Yep, Mexico is getting ridiculous, especially Vallarta. I might as well go to Miami. Someone said they paid $20 USD for a margarita. I’m getting some dental work done there in about 10 days for 30% of what it would cost in Tx otherwise I wouldn’t go back unless the prices got more reasonable.

I have been watching you for 4 years from Canada. Mexico is to expensive now. You don't want to get sick in cancun. Better value in thailand although prices have gone up. I am a retired travel agent and if l was younger l would do what you are doing.

Du borde åka till mindre turistiga platser. Testa koh lipe. Koh lanta. Öar utanför krabi. Finns massa bra ställen som har lite mindre turism så man slipper det Värsta. Keep up the good work
